(Just found out when i visited a mate last night that not everyone knows this .... )

Once you get the Racing Post cards and shows loaded then you don't have to press "refresh" every time you want to see the latest shows ... there are plenty of Chrome add-ins which will do it automatically for you.

I use one called "Tab Re-loader" where you can set the time in seconds you want it to refresh, then enable it, and it just refreshes that one tab automatically until you "un-enable it"

Just Google "chrome tab automatically refresh" to find them
