just update felt fine just like i got the flu just been sitting around watching tv had computer on went out to put rubbish in bins this morning well i walked say 50 yards fck me i could not breath [bad] it's like i run a 10 mile race and carrying 20 stone plus had to sit down head banging. my mates daughter got same symptoms as me we both still don't know if we have a the flu or virus again we have fever cough and sore throat no phlegm or blocked nose my gp got me down as got the virus if i have got it i have the mild case by all accounts

dr.....you are ticking all the boxes mate.....it sounds like a dot on the card you have it.......this virus attacks the respiratory system and not with phlegm......its the strength and condition of your lungs that will make the difference.....im sure we have all had the flu but i have never been gassed when ill with it.....i hope it stays mild mate.....

As the opening poster says tough few months ahead. Thats evry1 in my wee gang paid up to date. Police and army being deployed shortly. Wont be able to go out. Be like being in the tin pale. Couple o my people not best with money so trip to bookers tesco n lidl this morning to make sure they dont go short. Time to batten down the hatches me thinks. Good luck all.

no been eating ok fill ok now just so fcking bored and only been in for 6 days now saying for certain people 3mths but what are you going to do when you see 400 people have died in spain in one day if that ain't scary i don't know what is

I'm having to stay in with being over 70 with a few underlying problems but at least can enjoy a walk. Glad you're feeling better dr.

People just need to discipline themselves for a few months and not act like selfish idiots and we will get through this ok. And above all support the health workers and forever cherish our wonderful NHS and be proud of it again like we used to be.

i think a lot of people think they are immune to it and until someone close to them gets it then it wont hit home,going to be a hard few months guys,stay indoors and be safe.

Since coming back to live over here deptford I have noticed that.This mental health awareness drive and reality television has meant a lot of me me me and up their own r s holes having been given far too much attention. Lot of people disrespect the Catholic church and rightly so in some instances, but whilst some priests havent practised wot they preach the fact is there is greater for people over here, yer neighbour keeps an eye out for yer and we say hello to people.
