Yes sparrow Scandalous as I stated (I am replying on a New Thread)
My point being that in Horse racing Where financial transactions take place into the outcome of a race ,The stewards will inquire into a poor Performance Requesting a reason ...
What is the difference in greyhound racing ? The two dogs last night and as sparrow says there are hundreds ,Clearly should
not have been put in the Traps , The penny dog did look lame ,The other dog looked Drugged or unwell ..
There are far too many Dogs running inured or worse ,I suspect Doped , Following such runs the Dog should be fully checked by a Vet and a blood and urine sample taken and the Trainer asked why the said dog has performed so poorly .
I actually had a small place Bet on the 2 dog in Run too far Race ,Last thing I wanted was 1 falling out as I thought it would take 2 out at the Bend ,the dog was actually swaying on the run up , it was not lame ..
Week in week out @ poole(and Nationwide) the same thing is happening absolutely Devoid dogs (when I do Watch) beat a Long way , Infact strangely the reason this thread was started was for that very Reason ... (was the first post in tonights racing thread)
Then we have the Other end of Matters where a Trainer Get a dog to Find a few Lengths All hell breaks out ...
It appears to me Paceless dogs are fully accepted , A dog tuned up a bit is not .........( trainer Gets sacked)
There are thousand of Pounds being exchanged on here , And without a doubt People are Bang at it Nailing Dogs ...
The "they are not machines" Reasoning By the Skid marks in their Pants Mob on rptv is not Acceptable and something needs to be done
I still have a Video of the Famous Mosdall race , do we really need to be going down that path Again , where we had weekly Doped dogs Competing ..

Just my opinion. There is far to much money being spent on retirement and rehoming i think thats bin a job well done. The integrity side even wen i was a kennelhand is an absolute nonsense. I know of tracks who have betfair on in judges box an they can sit an watch dogs drift like barges an finish out the back of the telly. Its not clever as any silly cant can do that. These idiots continually bring our sport into disrepute. Until the integrity unit get of there arses and do a bit o work the sport will continue on slippery slope.
There is or should be a Vet at every track During racing , Taking 1 or 2 Samples a night should be included as for testing
I am sure money would be found , They seem to find money to House that foooking shower in their office in the city an expense
that must be now running into the Million Over the years ...

Ask Starship to put all the lame dogs up tomorrow at Crayford.
You know your dogs aint run fully fit at crayford just as i do, sometimes they win o k but that dont mean anything. You know the dog aint right. It should not be running because it aint the same as it was the past six months. I bet the vets at the track are under pressure from someone. Every day you get dogs come out dont get touched and finish ten lengths back , case is right welfare allegedly at the top of the gbgb agenda is a sham.
The 6 in the last race at harlow, clear run finished tailed off
This is exactly what has put me off the game. I used to get so excited for the Sky Nights and big competitions . It used to be a sport , but now it's just a gambling machine. You've only got to see how many dogs are going to be housed at Towcester. These are going to be poorly bred , over run animals , who should be on a sofa , not a racing track. How can you be a fan of this dross?
To make it even more confusing , Towcester will be running an inside hair. This will be another nice addition to the ever growing Boothby gravy pot. Shows you how much the Henlow mafia care about greyhound racing when they ditch the ever popular Sunday opens for more bags fodder.
It's a sorry state of affairs which many of us have commented on already. Quite simply the game is being driven into the ground by far too much racing demanded by an ever greedy alliance of bookmaking companies.

Maybe they should bring back the inside hare at Romford.
