Says Romford is in the London borough of havering in East London & Crayford in the London borough of Bexley. Thought they were on the outskirts but that reads to me that they're in London though. Don't know the area so can only go off that.
I agree with those that say Romford is Essex and Crayford is in Kent, I count neither of them as being in London. I go to Hove every now and then but there aside I never go dog racing anymore.
