Thinking just the same irish - what a complete tool.
Missed the start - who is he? Horrible individual - feel a bit sorry for Dave and Jules, who looks totally embarrassed. |

Ben green.... Englishman training in ireland
By:
Not sure dogs should be running three times in nine days or five times in 15 days. Ok alldogs are different , vets know what they are doing and trainers should recognise fatigue but....
I think this issue is now on the sharp end of greyhound welfare and the legislation should include a specific limit to the number of times any trainer can race a dog in a number of days |

Wednesdays need to change on rptv same old every week rubbish
By:
Totally agree Takethepaint. Sunderland continue their love affair with two-bend h’caps, whilst Peterborough haven’t staged ONE open race this year. The sad thing is, I don’t think they, or those that run RPGTV really care. As another forum contributor said somewhere on another thread, it’s just pure laziness.
As you say, Wednesday’s Fayre has been complete rubbish for ages now and the programme, despite numerous e-mails read out that apparently state the contrary, is NOT a “great show as always” and, for me, is not worth tuning in for.. |
By:
Wednesday i dont bother. Drivel.
By:
Whats your view on dogs running every three days for 15 days private ?
By:
Peterborough now seem to have given up with the 620m races too. All these sprint races are just so monotonous.
By:
Don’t know if you noticed Sparrow, but there were SEVEN of them on this morning’s 12 race Central Park card!
As we’ve said on numerous occasions, won’t be long before these will be the standard distance and 4 bend racing will slip into the ‘marathon’ category!! |
By:
By:
That's incredible 7 two bend races!!! I had been greyhound racing 15 years before I'd ever seen one and that was at a flapping track!
By:
That Central Park card has to be the worst card ever put before the public and an absolute disgrace.
By:
Not for me irish. I understand tracks av to put races on. Only to the detriment of the greyhounds imo. I dont care wot any1 says. All the bullcrap about knowing ur dog. Loada bollox. Theres times during cat 1,s wen dogs av to turn out quicker than would be usual. I have bin in kennels with graded dogs but that was wen couple meetings a week n 8 race cards.
By:
Thanks mate, I thought as much. Couple of kennels near me and when its sunny you see dogs just lying out like sunbathing. Usually dogs jump and down when a visitor goes in but when they are fecked you wont move them.

Thought dilly dilly overpriced 7/1 bitch,s race newcastle. Key to race wot leads. If 4 leads i make 5 the winner. 4 dont get home will hold up race. Last week she led fadesnblades for 5 bends. Imo fadesnblades would not be big price to beat these bitch,s. Droopys live in rude health. 3 x 640 newcastle won m all. 38.60 on card. ffs she pick these up n carry them 4/5 a gift imo. Had 213 tricast for few quid. Bliss race thought she could lead hard to shift her of front. Had 314 tricast few quid. Good luck all.
By:
365 matcher dilly dilly to beat agile dorotas. Evns dilly dilly. Had on. I would bet them the other way round. Dorotas av to be of front. Dont stay. If dont lead beta more likely to be last.
By:
Risky but think 3/1 Lenson Wilson (hit and miss) and 7/2 Nadurra Dutch (inconsistent) reasonable
Added 17/4 Droopys Nirvana to make the 84/1 treble on the Patent with Laddies A single winner gets money back. Might be a fair bet Just waiting for the snake to rear its ugly head now! ![]() |

By:
Great shout on the match bet ph. WIsh I could've got a bit of 4-5 Live!

Hgs i put her in 2/5. Was hoping somebody would go 8/11 to lump on. I missed 4/5. I left it. Had 1400/200 dilly dilly. Not saying she woulda won but woulda bin very close. Ta irish.
By:
Promising position for Nirvana but no kind of run
By:
As said, not a hurdles fan (too many imponderables) but this 8.21pm more than worthy of a Grand National final

Excellent race planning tonight by shoving the two 750m races to the back of the card so RPGTV won't have to show them. Every week we see in excess of 100 400m races and about 3 distance races if we are lucky, but people say "there isn't enough dogs for these races" and when they actually have a few they do this!
But all is well as all 6 sprints will be shown and 2 575s and 2 750s will not and they wonder why the game is dying. |
By:
Sparrow - They probably think that they’ve bent over backwards for you by putting the 925m on!
By:
Sparrow probably not noticed it
By:
Few fc tonight
123 beat 6 in pro semi 123 beat 6 in ten more semi |
By:
I have noticed it fattie and maybe you think that should be it for the night and we ought to have another 8 sprints instead.
By:
Mind you most greyhound fans these days probably don't have enough attention span for more than 400m.
By:
bookmakers most have been moaning the racing done a fine job of trying to box dogs up just like trap 3 in 6.27
By:
6.44 dogs drawn wrong all over the place
![]() |
By:
Races not going off on time, as we’ve got to wait until bookies say so, as they’re waiting for a horse race to finish!
Disgraceful the extent to which they control things now... |
By:
Cant get on with Coral (9/2), so gone with 17/4 Gislebertus Laddies
By:
Ran okay for an ultimate 8.8 shot
Needed quicker start |
By:
And the favourite’s missed it! More Friday night canine bingo from London Road...
By:
I like my staying races but that 925m was too chaotic even for me...
