every punter in the world knew 3 was a non runner except betfair, very inept and also a big reduction factor. cheers.

still showing as open under 'my bets' but stake returned.

not sure what the norm is for them here but disappointing regardless

I was caught too, busy punting on here on 6 dog race & looked up once were in the traps & realised the 3 dog was out, but too late to do anything about it. in honesty only cost me a bullseye but doesn't bear thinking about the damage it will of done to those who thought they had the winner.

They haven't even returned my stake on the f/c i thought i had...

Why was it voided? BGRB have issued the result.

I only backed the winner as a saver so not much profit on the race but irked when not settled.  And now stake seems to have returned and the statement never shows that any bets existed.  Hmm ...

Every time this happens Ile slag you off on here and all social media gambling sites .Biggest gambling company in world and can't even get runners correct this topic is also going to be mentioned on rpgtv  yet again you have let customers down but you don't seem 2 care I repeat again you are a discrace

Also still waiting for a call back on the 15th  Feb the 853 race at Romford money returned I rang up ,no explanation given call back promised still waiting perhaps it's the same worker who takes the non runners out of races

Depends how big u punt . and what kind of racing is on  .if u want a grand on a graded race you won't get it on .

I go on daq get on what I can then betfair get the rest my turnover on betfair has dropped by 50% in last year I refuse to give them my custom unless I have 2 .the 906 tonight I had 350 on the winner on daq and 150 on betfair

Daq I got paid betfair no  cwhy should I have to check the runners every race
