Anyone know about Calico Brandy's participation? Had a saver and before the abandonment, 365 said it was a non runner and gave my money back. Betfair Sportsbook running a book now and Brandy still intended, it seems?

Don't think any problem with Brandy. Message said non runner but should really have said void with the meeting not taking place

When are they going to Run the Race

Looks like Gold Cup being run 9.53pm Saturday March 24th. Trainers Championship meeting still showing on GBGB calendar same night, but that's surely not going to take place this weekend?

Jesus King Turbo looks a monster price to me at 3s, think he has a great draw in the final. I made him fav
![]() King Elvis moving off from 3 as per usual and Dorotas Wildcat has some job clearing him to the corner from 5. Even if he is upsides King Elvis at the corner and into the back he is the wrong side and getting forced wide which leaves the gap on the rails for King Turbo to go through as he did in his semi against King Elvis. Thought King Turbo showed right good pace up in his semi after being crossed early by King Elvis and forced to switch inwards, coming away like he did and showing the pace up he should be clearing Calico Brandy and then he has the perfect pitch on the rails. King Kid has a great draw on paper but even breaking at his best does he have enough to clear the pace inside him? I personally do not think he can unless there is significant trouble involving all 2,3 and 5 and I cannot see them all copming together (could see 3 and 5 though possibly). Calico Brandy ran a blinder in the semi final but as well as he ran the back straight he was never going to catch Wildcat and I just cannot have Barricane Tiger from this make up. King Turbo looks a cracking bet to me. |

Thought so too
Made him 6/4 |

With his regular break, Wildcat comes from behind to sail round the first bend in front. However, drawn wide enough and with rocket King Elvis inside next door but one, has no margin for error and may not find life easy
King Kid has run Wildcat close in the past and continues to mock those who say wides don't perform round Towcester. Although in great nick, could find a couple too sharp tonight though King Turbo holds Elvis on semi form and his 27.68sec solo shows just how rapid he is. As PF says, race should be run to suit and at 5/1, hope so anyway. Due a big win |
