Both Bruisers and Bull ran great races from the back last time but with moderate early inside and no better than him outside of Bluebird I just don't see anything getting in the way of this dog tonight.

Almost made odds on jolly punters sick there
Jeez thought 5 rd the 3rd was going better

Bruisers ran great and without Dropzone would have won for me.  Did not expect him to show such early.

This next one is absolutely horrible.  All five inside will be hitting the bend together and I hope they all get round safely. On the face of it Ranger has a great draw but what if he gets there just a length behind these?  Where is he going to go?  Picking the winner of this is impossible.

Qualifiers good enough to grace a Derby final

Will be looking to lay off stakes again, like Magical Bale, Expert

Yes - what a field.  Brilliant line up and Mark Wallis pulls a plum draw again!  It has to be a knack, don't you think?!!

So many imponderables. If ur a bookie at all u must be able to lay 5 of the dogs well. Keep 5 for urself an  hope u get the ticket. U cant do any damage in race surely. Keep filling the bag up n c wot happens. Just 1 of them races u,d luv to be a bookie. If 3 leads he wins. If 2 leads 1 will win.

Fair book Private but wouldn't surprise me if it's 3/1 the field. Not even sure I'll be able to lay off a bit of Expert. Gonna have to let it ride but Bluebird a huge obstacle

The Derby being what it is, 100% sure wont get a line-up like this in the premier classic

Think expert progressive. Bluebird regressive tho still very fast. If bluebird leads i think only way he can win is if wildcat chasing him. As i said great final. Not much gets me excited these days. Lookin forward to it.

Not saying Bluebird will win but could easily block Expert off. Hope not?

Bah, humbug to Christmas!  A major waste of time and no mistake.  It takes more money than fobt's!

How unbeatable a dog would Wildcat be if it could just step out of a trap in balance?  It's pace to the bend is the equal of any.  Must be very frustrating to have such a talent and never know how he'll come out of the box.  They are all running the track beautifully and Billys Bullet has been sensational on his comeback for me.  Bluebird has shown before that he doesn't relish company on the inside at the bend and might just make room for him there.  Expert is brilliant but Bullet will test him in this.  And there I go ignoring the Calicos.  What a race.

The dog in race that not running up to the mark at minute for me is wildcat. Just not breaking. Comes away running force to be reckonned with. Speaking to the lads a great race to be a bookmaker. Surprised no 1 up yet. Defo a fill the bag race.

Very rare i get excited these days. Spotted 1 on the card. Looks an empty out job to me. Av a few quid, or skint after race.

Playing Tynwald Baz at 7/4, this is a lot easier to what he was running against in the Eclipse and he has drawn the fence, record when drawn on the fence is different class. Thought his run behind Bluebird in round 1 of the Eclipse was a excellent run as well.

Played Bruisers Bullet at 7/2 in the Eclipse final, think his has ran crackers in both rounds to date from rotten draws and now the draw has given him a massive chance. Drawn with Bluebird directly outside him I think he can get a lovely run to the corner and if he can follow him I think he beats him home, not beyond the realms of possibility he could lead with a good break. Think 3,4,5 and 6 could be all better drawn as well to be honest.

Made heroic miss 5/2 so had good bet 8/1 run well behind bubbly was in front by pick up
She stays she in form at the price just simple
Just needs to beat that loon in 3 out !!

Affane party 3/1 made that 7:4 match race with 5 imo

Knockard 8/1 too big as well

Boomtown bang out too 6/1

If u made her 5/2 woody. Why did u stop at 8/1. I,m still backin her at 5/1. I had her in 9/4 and i wouldn,t want to be a layer at that price. Had 8 7 an 6.

Are you getting me mixed up with Fatty, Private?

Couldn't understand this 9/2 Kooga Klammer coz I had him much, much shorter. Capable of bolting out and hard to beat when doing so. Not sure Tynwald Baz is in his tip-top form but as PF says, better drawn this time. Boomtown Actor will have to come away much better than last time to make any impact on the principals but drop in trip suits. Max bet Kooga anyway!

Large 5.8/1 double Zephyr (beat a certain Roxholme Nidge in the Northern Puppy Derby) and Cloran Paddy (needs no introduction and straight forward task)

Looking for free £25 Droopys Buick if Kooga successful

With Droopys Expert antepost too, almost gambled as much as Night Of Stars! Laugh

I had her in 9/4 on the strength of recent efforts, too. However, don't think her recent form over six bends is quite good enough to beat Cloran

Good lucky anyway. See how it goes
