ONLINE gambling giant bet365 has seen its revenue increase to a whopping £1.65 billion over the last 12 months.

The company's accounts, for the year up to March 27, show the Etruria firm grew its turnover from £1.57 billion last year.

It also increased operating profit from £406 million to £456 million and pre-tax profit rose from £409 million to £459 million.

At the same time bet365's customers wagered more than £36.9 billion in bets within the 12 months – up by more than £2.3 million in 2015.

The company - which owns the majority share of Stoke City Football Club - has also seen its total number of employees increase to 3,404 – up from 3,179 in 2015. This is in addition to 297 casual match-day staff employed during the period.

bet365 is owned by Denise Coates, John Coates and their father Peter Coates.

Think the reason it's all gone quiet after last Wednesdays tip won (3/1 adv) sp 7/4 coincided with requests for those who signed up for a month (£20) to reply to an email agreeing to a goalpost moving £10 a point staking plan when a few winners struck on the 30th and 31st May.
Personally if Jerry is the tipster behind this i would have no problem dealing direct as i know he is genuine. However, the schemer/chancer he's in cahoots with has probably lost a fair percentage of his original subscribers by changing the deal only 2 weeks in. And for that reason i'm oot!

that is typical CH, if things go well changes plan to increase what gets paid, my mate lost loads with some of his so called insiders, he must know so many people its lauaghable the amount of names that he says are contacts. id heard of jerry and have no idea why using CH as surley could set something up himself? would never have any dealings direct with CH like u markyacard i would direct with jerry as long trem he would make you money i think from what i have read and heard

there is no way they can make money from this long term,as soon as you bet a few  winners your account will be restricted and you will have to take less value on here if you are going to bet his tips,and probably the odds on here wont be value so it would be a no bet.its a terrible state when you cant get a bet any more,he will run out of punters soon

garryc, if the odds on here do not represent value in markets with very small profit margins then it appears that bookmakers were accommodating everyone in near 100% markets. Was this the case?

i know bet365 give early odds and 2 of the winners last week well backed one 6/1 to 5/2 ( according to adverts ) so i think garryc is saying the value gone as prob only 11/4 on here? i may be wrong, if getting on at 6/1 bet 365 not keep your accont open long or only get given sp

sparrow what i am saying is the dogs hes tipping up would have been already noted by the sharp people on here who cant get a bet with bookmakers and by the time the market open up on here you cant get 2 bananas to a banana i have lost count of the amount of dogs i have fancied and cant get any money on at a decent price and have had to let them run with no bet

I realise all that garryc, but what I'm getting at is whether those bookmaker prices were available before the introduction of the exchanges?  My view is that they wouldn't be betting to near 100% before the advent of the exchanges and so that situation was never going to last.

hardly any races were priced up early in the pre-betfair days, early prices were for big events only, sky card etc

rarely would you get a near 100% from a handful of high st firm prices but even at 105-110% there are still ricks a plenty when you are up against the view of another man

I would much prefer to be able to get a bet in a 110% market that the firms have priced up (without betfair) then play in a 100% market that I either (a) can't get a bet on in or (b) play exclusively on here as the ricks are few and far between on here and/or the liquidity is not there

I think you have answered it by saying that these markets just weren't priced up before the exchanges came on the scene. I realise that ricks are made on these early markets now, but there are plenty more ricks on betfair. You are right with regard to "each to their own" but people keep going on about how much better it was pre-betfair and I find that difficult to understand. I only wish betfair had been around in the 60s

i remember ladbrokes used to price up the last few bags races in the shops about 25 years ago ,massive ricks with those but i was only getting started back then so wasnt betting the stakes i do now or i wouldnt have got on,agree with wonders i would much rather bet in a 110% plus market that the firms price up as long as you could get a bet on,what a lovely life that would be

I couldn't disagree with you more re the plenty more ricks on betfair

there are certain markets I play in (not dogs) which I won't identify for obvious reasons which the firms price up I spot the rick with them and the corresponding betfair market doesn't have the rick
but because its not a race market the firms are not welded to the price on here

personally I feel the markets on here have got more and more accurate as the years have gone by (and therefore harder to beat) as fewer and fewer smarter punters can get on with the books

nowadays, even if you are clueless, you can know the true price of something just by looking at a liquid market on here close to the off
(not saying that in itself will benefit you necessarily)

The ricks are very rare on the favs and 2nd favs on here, but there are some ridiculous prices put up on the bigger priced ones and also in the place markets. I try to be against the crowd when I can as there can be good value in doing that as Eddie Fremantle often says.

there is great odds on the rags if you happen to fancy one but you wont get much on it before the price crumbles.it depends on your stakes ,if you bet say £50 you will get the odds roughly but any more and you will need to take a lower price but there is still plenty of value on the rags if you identify one

place markets on dogs have never had the liquidity for me to justify the work on them tbh

i think value will only be found regularly  if you bet small stakes ,if you bet £500 plus its hard to get any value on most races

The best type of race for liquidity has to have a short price favourite in it. These 3/1 the field races are rarely of any use. A few months ago I managed to get £100 on at 6/1 in the place market at Henlow one Sunday, so it's not all doom and gloom. To think I recall seeing 4 figure bets at Charlton layed by Tony Morris in the 60s!!

if you want 200-300 on the same dog @ 10s you will struggle unless taking a lesser price

if you want 200-300 on the live dogs on here which go off 6/4-7/4 having been 5/2+ on the earlies then you will be skinto in no time

there is a lot of money in the henlow markets on here sparrow,its usually 2 or 3 strong in the betting and any price the rest ,thats one card where you get massive value on outsiders,had many a double figure winner there,markets are different at every track just need to get used to how strong they are

defo agree with that, the markets have subtle differences from track to track for a whole variety of reasons
