have to say i wasnt going to bet tonight....but 365 went a moron price. mine is knockard pine in the sprint 7.39. the dog has an awful lot of early, his sprint in ireland was 5 lengths off the track record and he left two lengths in the boxes, anyone with igb.ie can see it. he was 17 months old on his second ever run. he has been over since middle of november but has stayed off over christmas. his 4 bend romford trials he was short of fitness, but his first amongst the dogs again messing the start he roared up and led at the bend before a dog called knock wing boy got him around the third, which was to be expected, i knew that was fit and mine wasn't. that dog 3 days later made all in an a1 at romford in 24.07 3 days later. his trial last week, again made a mess at the boxes but comfortably led at the bend and was about 4-5 clear down the back before getting caught before the line by kerries choice. he had a trial at harlow in a sprint on saturday and again fluffed the boxes. the dog has stacks of acceleration and ability but in 4 trials here and 2 races in ireland he hasn't trapped. that might be the case tonight and put himself under pressure and for that reason he is by no means a good thing but i do believe he should be favourite, because if he breaks, which is a BIG if, he has been running riot aginast a1 and open animals in his trials. i'm hopeful rather than bashful, but like i say i had to play because win or lose 365 are wrong. |

thanks mate i made him 2/1 when i looked at the race and didnt really wish to have a bet because I'm excited by him and just want him to run well.....i really don't like backing mine as a rule because i know its very easy to get sucked in with rose tinted glasses..... but when they went double the price i thought he should be what am i supposed to do lol

harlow number 1. never take notice of times at harlow they mean nothing 2. try and take a early price with any bookmaker rather than with the track bookmakers 3.the reason why you cant get on at harlow graded was to do with the sp of greyhounds
 4.would not run a cat around the track unless they have re done the the surface its really bad at the 1st and 3rd lets hope with a bit of cash they get from rptv they do something about it.to be honest shocked that its on rptv i think the bookmakers will see how it goes think its a 3 mth contract going by whats happen before it will only last 3mths they wont be able to stop themselves of pulling strokes. |

have to say dr i do have my reservations about the track....not the biggest fan of romford either personally but I'm running out of tracks . with work and family commitments i just struggle to get to tracks as often as id like so rpgtv has been a god send and was the selling point to him going to harlow tonight. he probably wouldn't have gone otherwise but i need to try and get a race or two in to him now and build him up so a sprint or two is ideal to start with given i have my reservations about him ever seeing a proper 4 bend trip out. |
