The clown on at the moment is total jank.....gives about four bits of information per race and you have no idea how the race is panning out until he gives the final result....I wonder if he actually believes he is good at what he does.....

To be fair I like those comms - like the old racing stuff in the shops on the blower. Basically the job of the commentator was to give everyone in the smokefilled shop a sweat. Final result important, eveything inbetween irrelevant.

Only problem with `PL' is that if your beast aint had a mention going into the 3rd bend you might as well go and put the washing out. With the other mugs you have a sqeak they may call it home late even if they had said it had beem knocked over in a first bend melee.

All I want to know is what is actually happening! Can't be that hard? Slobber chops must be breaking some kind of EU working law the hours he's putting in

I watched that 7.32 race, i just knew it had to be Mr Magoo. The number of times he gets the red and orange mixed up is frightening.

Is it any wonder they get stick on here, that race justifies the criticism they receive. He mentions that 5 is at the tail of the field, then in his next breath it's leading. Totally inept and embarrassing mate.

I've not tried them mate, but a few on that closed Facebook group have bought them and I've not read about any problems mate but can't really say 100%

the quality can vary from day to day

if you've had a bet on a race with magoo commentating its always worth saving on 1 if you've bet 5 or saving on 5 if you've bet 1, its well worth it then he wont tilt you when he gets it wrong

one day i was betting at HG i had a decent bet on trap 5. listened to the comms he said 1s pissed in. put phone down went to goodwood chased my absolute bollix on track all day. did a fortune. got back to the hotel checked my account the dog had won at 4s had 180 on it but had done 1400 at goodwood. lol

I can't understand a word this guy says at the end of races. You would think that a minimum requirement for doing a job in which you give verbal description would be some level of basic coherency.

I'm sad to report that magoo's guide dog has died lightbulbs

the doggy coroner reported that he was undecided between 2 potential causes of death...the 1st being that magoo (unable to see a fkin thing) had applied the doggy compression suit so tight that it was at life ending levels for the poor dog the 2nd being the outrageous and unbearable body odour caused by magoo having not showered for at least the last 3 years (and likely longer)

That PL doesn't half love the sound of his own voice.  Thinks he's the boll ox but a poor, poor commentator.
