Seems like most enjoyed the night. I'm happy enough with 10/1 Bridge Honcho and 12/1 Loughteen Blanco in the Sussex final. Think will need luck to get both Teejaysbluehawk and Express Master beaten, though.

Oi oi Blanco! Very fast dog and loves Hove, 8 races, 4 wins, 4 seconds and only caught by the very strong running Westmead Maldini last year. Only got 12/1 antepost at the start, though!

With the Sussex cup now demoted to be a part of a BEGS meeting with a 6.38 p.m. start and the final forcibly moved away from its traditional Goodwood festival week final,to accomodate television, the attendance was always going to be badly affected.Very sad that BAGS have now taken control of the sports big nights.

bags/begs have been killing the game for years this is just another nail in the coffin im afraid
