Try the racing post's Greyhound bet app or search for the commentary pages on the bookmaker sites.
Your need a browser that supports flash, i use puffin which you can get on the google app store, its free to try then you can buy for shillings
His one is an android device rather than an ipad so he should not have a problem with flash support
