got to say with 5 RPGTV meets on a week + other opens + look at shelbourne now and than its getting to much For brain to take ! avg week for me 3 opens Romford Monday (not long look if there crap) Tuesday day off not into Sheffield Wednesday opens at Coventry now might look at a1 s1 at Romford Thursday look though 6-7 races at hove not so much henlow if somethink grabs me Friday Romford card look at 7-8 races if any opens at Sunderland have a look Saturday might look at opens Newcastle if any crayford Few shelbourne Sunday now have Coventry got sittingbourne both hard tracks to win at imo Far to much + working being a dad god knows what the bags crew get though! ITS A DOGS LIFE !!!
cov sunday and hove thursday properly, and glance at henlow thurs, cov wednesday and romford friday, certainly romford, i mean literally just glance at the paper and will look properly if interested but dont play there really. cov and hove will take 1-3 hours depending on number of races im interested in.

Rare i would go through a card with a fine-tooth comb, even Sky meetings usually just the 8 races shown. Use the trap draws as my guide for best-quality open racers. Most of my main betting is antepost anyway

Don't go through any cards except Friday night's Romford, and only then if I have time Backing and laying everyday, know exactly what I will be backing or laying about an hour before the meeting starts Systems/Stats for me, working hard at it most days and by the time the racing starts I'm usually gone for the day Set the bots up and hope for the best !

id say id look through 10-12 full cards a week and then the punting id say i do 40ish hours a week which is what i should do as it is my job at the end of the day

Would have a serious look at Sheff cards, other tracks I'm usually looking for notebook dogs.....cov tonight I've looked for any obvious shorties to lay, I find if I look too hard at away tracks I convince myself to get involved and it normally ends tears
