PF..... Can Joncol win the National??
That program they did on the Nolans was excellent, Joncol has been a bit disappointing really.

I've started a seperate thread about the "issues" on the Sky coverage that will hopefully get read...maybe you want to comment on that thread about the cameras etc...so it's all in one place?

I SO pleased it's not just me....I'm extremely disappointed so far....Tony Ennis voice is already annoying me.

Seriously though MB i used to love the horse, big giant of a thing. They where too protective of him, he should have been in the RSA Chase [the year Cooldine won i think] but they constantly wrapped him up in cotton wool and he never reached the heights he looked like.

Once the traps open the dogs seem to take two strides and then enter a strange abyss. We don't see them again until another camera angle takes over. That camera then only shows us two greyhounds (presumably the ones in front) - In order to see all six we require yet another camera, by which time I'm just too dizzy.  Can't watch anymore - I've got a splitting headache!!

My main bet will be On His Own... I backed him last year, jumped poorly at first, then got right into the race and
looked the winner when falling... Got to be on again...
Joncol must  be worth a tenner. (Sentimental bet).. Lovely Horse!!!

This standard of coverage will decimate the goodwill which RPTV has created and do the sport no good at all.
