A short while ago myself and a 2 mates thought we would have a dog at sunderland, after ringing most of the trainers no joy due to them being full up or just not keen or i think one of them must of thought i was from the news of the world looking for dirt. Seems odd state of affairs with all the stories of greyhound racing on its knees, tracks closing. Any thoughts would be welcome
have you got a dog to place with a trainer? or did you ask a trainer to buy a dog at his kennels? there busy folk just ringing for pits sake you wont get much out of them so i say get a dog call them ask them can they train it? if not go to newcastle do the same there state of greyhounds in the northest looks alot better than london if anythink another world

Didnt have a dog. Was open to buying a new one or buying one they might have in kennel. Ive had plenty of shares in horses if i rang a racehorse trainer with a pocketfull of money i dont think they would be to busy
