Betting rule for Clonmel Coursing

If you bet a dog to win it's 1/4 and it gets withdrawn on the morning of the 1/4 final, do you get a return to 1/2 stake. I am sure this happened last year to me but can't remember exactly and can't find anyone who knows for sure
