i'm halfway through trying to bet tyrur pudsy. remember betting her about 30 on here at henlow and after a paceless first lap stayed on quite strongly towards the end of the race, thought she was crying out for further. well, this is further and not the strongest race so at 5s will take my chance. devastated i agree with woody though

Card up now.

Had a big bet for me Pluto at 11/8. Gone not as big with 6/4 Kyle and 11/8 Spec, too.
Addy, not surprisingly, Pudsy a long way last in Doronda marathon over a stiff test but like you say this is a weak race. Such competitors are inconsistent, but good luck. I'll only be watching. |
By:
Just checked, Pudsy on a 16-race losing run, say no more about average marathon performers!

I'm not sure that Lemon Pluto is a good thing. I have him only 2 lengths clear on my speedometer and with the race containing lightly race puppies and a few choicely bred newcomers, he could easily get legged over imo.
By:
a horrible punting card for me,c-list bets all i can find, pudsy being one of them
By:
yes, I think people would be well advised to keep steaks to a minimum.
By:
Lemon Pluto looks to be a good thing, But had a few quid on Fear Emoski she's going to be a talking bitch in the near future.
By:
Boringly in with Pluto too. may be 5 meters too far but reasonable going should see clear by the third. Dull, sorry.
have also a bigger bet on Alien Planet. May also save with Longwood. Just have the feeling that AP will have settled close to his best now and has the helping trap. Needs to clear 4 up but wouldnt be shocked to see him nab the fav on the run-in. 11-2 no tears |

8 starmount swift at 3/1
hoping pings and does em for middle 9.25 fire height spec at 11/8 hoping pings and does em for middle ![]() 8.35 greenwell mentor 3/1 hoping pings and pluto finds some bother g/l all |

Got a feeling it will still be a slow track, judged on -40 estimate from Saturday night. Been dry in Manchester today but it was the same before the semis of the Laurels, yet track didnt speed up. Trial form for dogs been produced on continual slow track anyway, so the form should stand up
By:
Leaving for the track soon. I'll give you a wave on telly!
![]() .At 5/2 antepost, Go Warhawk Go!!! Failing that, would still be very happy with 20/1 Boher Chieftain! ![]() |
By:
.....do you constantly have to repeat your antepost bets??..all the bloody time..we know you have backed the antepost favourite..you back every antepost favourite.....
By:
will you be giving us a wave behind the lads in the ring like last year?
By:
Just back what i fancy. Think Taylors Sky was as equally short, good job i wasnt on that!

woody you are our favourite favourite backer........i understand you see success as winners no matter the price and good luck to you.......
By:
Belle Vue's big night of the year but not the greatest of cards. Think i've only been to a handful of meetings all year, two of those rounds of the Laurels. Come Dec 1st, would nearly have been to Shelbourne Park more times!
.Should be fun anyway. I'll be wearing a light-coloured CK baseball cap, for those of you who want to stick the "V" up to me! .Joking apart, be lucky! |
By:
Think TR would dispute my crown to fav fav backer, but they say great minds think alike.

have ended up with just the one bet on aghaburren paddy in 8pm,wont bore you overly with the details but change of trainer coupled with some decent trapping at poole and a decent trial here(though a calc time that has been massaged for eden stars ego imo) has seen me take a bit of a leap of faith at price. playing 46 56 sfcs also(think 1+3 are drawn wrong way round) gl all.
By:
I really fancy Lemon, think its a cracking good dog, been to various Lads for ton at a time at evens, free bet if beat in photo
By:
i agree think the dog is a terrific animal, trap 2 enough to put me off at evens though, still, hope he cracks out for you
