happy with that, fancy romeo patrol in the last heat
thought farloe elecktra ran very well tonight, be interesting to see how its priced up. |

By:
Good call and his first race for 5 weeks sure to improve, Sallis seems to be doing it right
|

Draw couldnt have worked out better with my 3 all avoiding each other. Good card supporting semis too. We got the likes of Farloe Tango, Taylors Cruise, Silverview Perky and Jimmy Lollie due to run!

woody .. where have you been ? on holiday ?
|
|
By:
Express is big at 8s, fancy to win semi, then will be about 4s biggest
|

Sticking with my 3. Fletch is likely to keep on improving, although Capoley will be bidding to pounce late.
Cant see how Trend is 6/4 and 9/2 Swabys when it was 9/4 and 5/2 last time. With this totally revised draw anything could happen and they say an inside runner breaks better wearing stripes, with an earlier sight of the hare. Seen nothing to put me off Patrol, although its a hot race. A couple of aces compete in the 2 races preceeding the Regency semis, namely Farloe Tango and Taylors Cruise, maybe about evens apiece. Tango should improve for his trial and 515m looks just his cup of tea, while i was at Coventry Sunday to see Cruise dispose of Longwood Fantasy in game style, he certainly did nothing wrong and the hat-trick's on. Oh Irish, laptop was just being serviced, that's all |

watched too much johnny vaughan woody? virus or two?

Any chance of the track running normal tonight or will it be way back again?? Looking at the card it seems it's been this way for a while now
![]() |
|
By:
Weather forecast is for storms, so it's likely to be slow again
|
|
By:
Seen 6/1 Swabys now. Would still rather have that each-way than 6/4 Trend, but hey-ho.
It was just going slow Addy. Engineer didnt mention any virus just said my security needed changing and upgrading. Could have soldiered on but thought i'd take the chance to get it seen to while it was quiet on the racing front during the Jubilee. Seems fine now anyway |
|
By:
Anyway Addy, how dya rate your chances Monday? Third Intention useful and you never know what Melanie will do. You got stripes seeing as youre a middle seed in a field of railers and you must be hopeful of at least qualifying? Allsop has a couple in there and the one dog got lots of experience. If showing her 4 bend speed though, Molly should be away and gone, shouldnt she?

8.34 farloe elektra, missed the break last week and ran a stormer, taken the 11/2 with corals.
good luck all |

woody as an owner im never bullish, i always take a step back and underate my dogs, but looking at the draw i would really hope we do at least qualify. 6 isnt a problem if the 5 is a railer, she ran straight enough out of 6 on derby final night.
also think the competition as a whole doesnt look as strong as in previous years - no disrespect intended - and on the face of it there doesnt seem a ballymac pet, fleeting image or the like in there that would give her a walloping, the big name dogs dont seem to truely want this distance, might be wrong, and i think its very open. she trials at monmore today i believe so we'll see how she takes to the track. |
|
By:
Addy I would have west mal a long way in front of fleet img and Bally pet best 6 bender in the country for me I hope bookies take the same view gl hope she bolts out for you
|
|
By:
ballyard buddy @ 8/1 is an insult done a ton of running in the heats and will be better suited to the middle draw well overpriced imo
|
|
By:
He ran a blinder in the heats, i considered adding him O/R but with the draw left it alone. Good Luck with him tonight

agree zola, opposed it last round but was very impressed with it in defeat, the rumour of quirkiness actually makes me like it more

who needs graft,go in lads earlier, theres a lovely little redhead in there, shes on top of one of the tables struggling like feck, sticking euro 2012 flags to the ceiling.
Theres an old guy sat behind the jump,i score MASSIVE points asking is has "has he no legs and really is that short?" so thats why miss redhead 2012 is in danger of breaking a nail using the furniture as a set of stepladders. He informs us of his recent "knee operation" whilst i advice a further operation is required to extract the chair hes sat on from his anus, again HUGE points. Time to take it the hoop, miss redhead 2012 is trying unsuccessfully to stick drawing pins into the false ceiling and then has a brainwave that selotape is the answer,up steps paddy,"down of the chair love, you'll break your neck, and theres enough cripples working here already" whilst cocking a snook at mr tired. Lift a ceiling tile, jam the flag in,drop it,its held perfectly. Paddys like a cat, hopping stools, tables, shelfs, the shop has more colours than a rastas tobacco tin by the time im finished, hope down in time for the last at sheff,2 mins study of the form, quick £10 sfc 1x2 boom, draw the £170,miss redhead says"i was gonna take you to lunch for the help but you can take me to dinner now",living the dream, its how the pro punter rolls. |

...finally he wakes up on the sofa at 3:30 in the morning covered in curry boxes and **** ends, the only redhead in sight is the one dangling out of his flies, barely visible, looking somewhat sorry for itself. and the pro punter rolls... over. and tries to find that most excellent dream again.

Not so good. Fletch pipped for a qualifying place on the line and Swabys Princess below par. Eggs left in one basket now with Patrol. Still more than trebles my total stakes though. Did say 12/1 was a silly price.
Cruise very disappointing. Will surely struggle in a hot race Tuesday night. Would be surprised if he confirms Coventry form with Longwood Fantasy anyway. Think its time to retire Lollie, but Tony impressive. Sure Perky would have done better in the Derby on current form |
