Well, its a pretty thin story with not much news. The only thing we didn't know was that a developer called Galliard Homes was a partner with RC when the GRA was bought. We don't how much of a stake they have but Cremin speculates that Galliard is now "contemplating an exit from its involvment through a dispersal of the GRA". Galliard, however, has issued a denial that there are any plans for a sale. All that is in the first three pars the rest of the article is speculation and history. There is a "rumour" "that bidders are moving towards the starting blocks." As I said, it is weak story built around the revelation of a historical fact. There is no actual news and I can only assume the Post has given it so much prominence in order to try and flush out some bidders.

im glad someone else read that and thought it had no fact to it whatsoever. it has no confirmation if galliard want to sell, but speculation. it has no confirmation wimbledon is definitely on the market although we suspect so. it has no confirmation of any serious bids forthcoming by anyone positive or negative. it has no confirmation of anything other than this galliard crowd are also owners with GRA, 90% guess work the article.
