7.31 Blonde Carlos lost it at the start behind Funny Lari in a similar race recently but fancied to make amends with a better break. LAST 5/2
7.46 Movealong Dash is an interesting Irish import, who has a decent chance to make all in a winning English debut. 4TH 11/8
8.18 Been following Rio Torino since its outset but dont like the look of the coffin box tonight. Smart, but not worth the risk at likely short odds in my book. Will watch only. RIO TORINO WON BY 4 LENGTHS
8.34 Sequential-Fancy Socks, could go either way but Socks has beaten her old rival racing from T4 before. With a better start than last time, she can enforce her overall superiority.

9.06 Whatever gets the run of the race wins. Very hard to call but for what it's worth Droopys Bach against some other useful performers.

9.24 Good final. Millwards Swaby looks an awkward customer but has lots of ability and could steal it if staying focussed.

9.56 Aero Joker's aura of invincibility over the past month set to continue.
SECOND 4-7
9.40 Some interesting prospects but wouldnt like to call the race. Notebooks out for the future.
10.11 Blonde Snapper will surely be extremely hard to beat, but priced accordiingly.

10.26 Can never get Aero Majestic right. Likely to be short too. Very smart when things click but found it a losing battle with him in the past. Will only be watching.

Hello Irish, you called, i'm here. All i can say about last night is pathetic. Mainly looked hard and it was more of a preview than anything else with lots of dogs highlight before the betting came out, yet in with a shout. You omit i said just having a couple of small plays for interest, coz the class dogs too short (maybe not in those promise words, but that was the jist.)
However, you dont mention the screamer?! Later said had a fair go on the Aero Joker-Blonde Snapper double coz the combined odds were much greater than i expected. Both beaten. Yes, well spotted Irish, many a joke outcome. Even the guest trainer on RPTV didnt know where to put his face about Balmi Blue, so what chance for us mere mortals? Naming a few, Movealong Dash, Fancy Socks, Aero Joker, Blonde Snapper and Powerfast Pigeon, hope the stewards are looking into some performances from last night, those under-achevers as well as improvers

Thing is woody you put yourself up as somebody who thinks they know loads about dog racing, so i am glad to hear you can take the flak you deservedly get when things go wrong ... but then you put up all the excuses going . One can see how the racing post dispatched with your services, it must have been tough for you.
It must also be difficult for media men who put themselves up as tipsters NOT to get massive egos, the power of the pen I suppose or the microphone for broadcasters. The bottom line is most of the judges on here earn their money actually punting on greyhounds not writing, or previewing or reporting about the sport. They don't come on here telling the world where they are going on holiday, where they have been, who they are going with, so the motivation for you to come on the forum and provide piles of s h i t e about animals you clearly are a poor judge about is actually appears to be pure selfishness, self promotion and self gratification.

Maybe youre right on that score Irish. Just thought i'd pop in a bit of information some people might not have spotted sometimes. Saying to me: "You clearly havent got a clue," is hard to stomach though. Even trainers tout their very own dogs, which often get beat. Only information i really get is form on Racing Post website, results on www.thedogs.co.uk and any news from my greyhound friend or snippets on here. Oh, and the races i see myself and meetings attended. Basically, just my own judgements and opinions, thought thats what this forum is all about?
After a run like mine, confidence is low, that's what dog racing can do to you sometimes. After about 10 losers at prices like that, sure a professional gambler would be close to bankruptcy. You can always rely on dogs to make just as big a fool of you as women.

Betting them 7/4 and 4/5 was fantastic value to my mind! She said no problem about the draw for Bling and said Maximus had a good chance from what i think i heard but wasnt hanging on her every word

Just seemed to loiter a bit and came again, wasnt a fitness issue, imo. I'm happy with my profit on the year, considering some shocking results. You can think what you want Czechbet, but my betting balance doesnt lie!

in running 3's on WTF lol, Tudor wins if didnt spike into the back on them going 3 for 1, Bling was unfit and up for trouble
Well, youre entitled to your opinion Czech. I thought Bling flew to the bend and looked home and hosed off the second. My strike-rate is usually excellent, just had a lean spell. Small stakes compared to many, yes, but a couple at 5/4 pays a shade over 4/1.Think i'll explain my betting strategy on another thread
