Anyone know if Thurlesbeg Joker is likely to come over for the Derby given that it is owned by one of the Draper's? If so, surely the 150/1 offered by skybet is a steal given how it has run in the Gold Cup at Shelbourne this past few weeks
At the moemnt you would have to say he has the profile of the Derby winner. I'm not qualified to say but I wouldn't thik the track was fast on Saturday - if he'd pulled that run out of the hat in August/September last who knows what the clock would have said

I have the dog backed for the Irish Derby and he is running brilliantly at the moment but the race he won the other night was rubbish. Tyrur Christy who was probably the main danger absolutely feel out of the boxes. Not taking anything away from him as he ran great but he will not be leading come August in the derby (at least not in the later rounds)
I just hope he keeps going as he is, i wonder would they be tempted by the Ladbroke 600 or will they give him a rest after the Easter Cup and bring him back for Champion Stakes and Derby
