16:55 - Some Fiddle
She's been great all season - really consistent - and again ran well despite facing a tough task at the weights last time. This is her first run in a handicap but her mark seems about right and she remains in good form. There's no reason to expect she won't run her race and she should have a solid each-way chance.

We were disappointed with him the last day but hopefully the better ground and the step up in trip will see him in a better light. He was a point-to-point winner earlier in the year and ran well in two bumpers and he's still only a four-year-old so hopefully he will improve for his first run over hurdles. We're just looking for a better showing and if he could run into a place we'd be delighted.

14:30 - Bold Revenge
We have a half-sister of his at home (Annagh Lodge) and we bought him at the Cheltenham Sales at the end of May because he had some promising point to point form to his name and looked a proper horse.
We're very happy with him, he works and jumps well. We're starting him off over hurdles but he's got plenty of speed and he could be up to winning a bumper later on. He'll come on for this run but we're looking for a good show which will help us decide where to go with him.
15:05 - Cause Of Causes
He's the pick of our two runners in this race. In fact, he's the pick of our runners at the track this afternoon. The ground went totally against him and he didn't stay the trip when tailed off at Perth on his last outing but we've given him time since then...

He's not the most straightforward horse and, in that sense, a Martinstown Opportunity Hurdle (for conditional jockeys) is probably not the ideal race for him. That said, Danny (Benson) is a capable young lad and the horse finished second in a bumper last year. It's his first run since July and he'll improve for it but it's hard to know how good the race is and I'm hoping he can run well.

Kasszec
She made her track debut in a bumper at the weekend, where she was well beaten by runaway winner Lord Of Lords. She won a mares' point to point last month, so going over hurdles for the first time won't be a problem for her. It's only a few days since she last ran but there's a small field, which will be in her...
12:05 - Beef To The Heels
It wasn't a bad run the last day behind Boston Bob in a maiden hurdle at Navan and, obviously, the winner went on to beat us (Mount Benbulben) in the Grade 1 novices' race at the track on Sunday. Our fella probably has it all to do with Willie Mullins' horse (Felix Yonger) today but he certainly has place claims.
13:05 - St Killian's Run
St Killian's Run looks to have a good chance today. He's been a really consistent sort for us and always runs a good race. It's an apprentice riders' race so Daniel Benson will ride him (taking four pounds off) and he'll take his time on him today. I'd be hopeful that he won't be far away.

Mae's Choice won her point to point at Lingstown and makes her debut on the track...
