Russian War

It's a quiet day today, with just one runner, but we'll be much busier tomorrow. Russian War is in good nick ahead of the Pertemps Hurdle.

It's a really tough race and he's gone up a lot in the handicap since his last win (12lbs), which means he has got a lot of weight to carry. He's up against it but Paul (Carberry) will take his time on him, the horse will enjoy the good ground and if he finishes in the first half dozen or so, I'll be delighted.
