Brooks leads the field in SG on approach, if the putts starts dropping then good luck to the field. 10.5 seems pretty big with a dodgy leader and only four other blokes in front of him.

Get the feeling we're heading for a gym guy final twosome of Woodland and Koepka.
Be interesting to see how Woodland plays the next three
round and a half he has the 3 most difficult holes coming its all about hanging around not taking stupid chances and converting ypur chances every one thought brooks was invincible nearly fcuked up a 7 shot lead gary hasnt brooks pedigree in the mix
Just as a few of them start to go backwards, Koepka makes the move.
just ask kooch 8/9 ore brutal lol......nice one for the mexican hombbre
Been flawless touch wood, really could've been any amount under.
Harder the hole the better for Brooks.
He wants it to get really tough about now.

These last few majors have been weird for me as far as amount of lays go - just the 6 lays in this so far
Woodland dead if right of pin on 8...likewise Brooks 11.
more like greens firming- some shots taking some huge bounces now
rory omininously quiet dont think tougher set up will suit but brave lay the fcuker
Have to say though I'm getting a little frustrated with the big boys starting strong from the off lately - only lesser name I have 30-1 and lower is Piercy. Used to be you could lay some mugs thu/fri pretty low
Did you get Scott Brown in single digits last week? With hindsight opportunities don't come better than that.
There you go Hank, Chez missed a putt for you. Not much going my way this week.
you got any lays then TB or is it a few long odds backed?
This is going to be insane if Koepka gets another one - Fox might have to actually stick him in their preview then... did make me chuckle when I read they had managed to miss the reigning champ out of the preview
Far too many lays to list. Most of them near the top.
Rose certainly riding his luck could easily be a couple over on the day
dunno jedi - couple of year ago I'd be getting stuck in to Woodland lay- he's a far more impressive player all round now - not saying he'll get it done, but am keeping him onside
its very reminicent of brooks in the masters shaving the hole every putt
I'm the complete opposite now!!
This price with 3,4 of a lead and not over Brooks,Rose,Rory...
With 1 round plus to play.

Koepka going to need some help to get in the final group tomorrow
Just thinking Hank, remember our discussion about how it beggars belief so many mid-level guys skip opportunities like Puerto Rico or Corales? Look at what it's done for Gmac's career, back on his game and off to Portrush, complete turnaround and all because he bothered with an opposite field when he could easily have sat in his restaurant and counted his money.
Absolutely TB - and I am very pleased for him - like we said, perhaps the penny is dropping finally for these guys - if a major winner can be bothered to do it...
Young Aaron's having a bit of a learning experience.

Sprinkler head I think but he's got Slugger in for a second ruling so he mustn't like something.
Looks like name on it after this back 9....
How has under par I'll never know.

Made bogey anyway but pretty sure he was at it again. Seemed to get his ruling though.
Penultimate group waiting on 17 tee while final group are still on 15 green. But nothing ever gets done.
Rory caddy checking yardage after makes minimum bogey...

Is my memory going or has oosty always been so streaky? I don't seem to remember it to the scale of this week
Tends to be very inconsistent between rounds, 76 one day 62 the next, this week he's just been up and down constantly. Weird because with his swing you'd think he'd be Mr Consistency.
Just the 1 shot lead to take in to tomorrow. Would be nice to see Woodland land a big one, but going to be so hard with 4 major champs chasing him down.

Watch some of the closing holes in the early hours, some really insane bits of fortune for the last pair leaders, but have to give both players lots of praise. Did Koepka not have a lip out on one of the later holes, couldn't have been travelling at anymore than a snails pace to lip out
Leaders after at 54 holes...
Gary Woodland (69, 202) – Has made just the two bogeys all week and none at all on the back nine. Found fewer greens in regulation in round three (11 against 12 and 14 earlier in the week), but continues to rank first for Scrambling (88.24%) and is third for SG: Approach the Green (6.727).
Justin Rose (68, 203) – In contrast to Woodland he has five bogeys through 54 holes. He’s also second behind the leader for Scrambling (80.77%). He leads the field for SG: Putting (7.687) and is third for SG: Around the Green (4.835).
Brooks Koepka (69, 206) – A bogey-free lap that saw him ease into the water close by the leaders, like a major championship predator. Ranks first for both SG: Tee to Green (11.755) and Greens in Regulation (75.93%).
Chez Reavie (68, 206) – A good case for modern stats since traditional ones struggles to show what he did well, but in SG he ranks second for Approach the Green (6.734) and Tee to Green (11.344).
Louis Oosthuizen (70, 206) – Scratched three bogeys in his first 11 holes, but gave himself a chance with a late birdie hat trick at 15, 16 and 17. Hit every fairway in R3 yet made little headway in SG: Tee to Green.

Moving day was more of a grinding day at Pebble yesterday, following kind of a regular pattern at the US Open...
