Like to say a well done to Rhys Enoch ,can't say I have heard of him but the Welshman shot a 66 yesterday after an opening 78 to make the cut.
Don't know why but I could not get on the forum yesterday ,don't think BF do 24 hour bans. Dustin must've left half a dozen shots out there yesterday ,brilliant tee to green from the 6th onwards. |

Absolute incredible run 4 thru 9 by Enoch frames. Bet he can’t belive what he did to make the cut! I also like Dustins chances...if he can get the putter hit, he’s still well in this. Got to think Woodland will start thinking about being top of the leaderboard soon and find a way to drop a few shots.

Agree DJ putter gets going he would be a runner ..

dj needs blinkers and holding up, tournament might be suiting that.
clear cookies frames, best for logging into forum, of course it removed all the pins from these big markets, hey ho. have to agree its a great effort from rhys enoch, just to get thesre was great, but to show fight and bottle like that is impressive. |

Rhys quite likes the front 9.

Who is going to be leading by the end of rd 3? Rory for me, with a move by Stenson too
|
|
By:
Rose for me,hopefully with Brooks,n DJ n Rory close by.
Surely Woody doesn't stretch clear? |

How hugely predictable is this from Rickie.?
|
|

Not sure what to expect from today, early scoring suggests it's a bit tougher but are we going to hit the dead zone where it's too tough for big charges but still too easy for carnage and nothing much happens?

No weather so clearly scared to quicken them up after last years Saturday debacle...
But that's why were all tuned in isn't it. ![]() Not for this sanitised regular tour event fare.... |
|
By:
Think there may be lots of changes early before it settles down.
Hopefully tightens up. |

I keep ranting about this but it is really disappointing, it was forecast to be cool, calm and overcast all 4 days and that's exactly what they got so there was no need to be generously watering the course before the off, needed to be firm and fast from the get go for a challenge. Mike Davis takes a lot of stick but he'd have never had 37 guys under par at the cut. I reckon if the PGA Tour were setting up the course for a pros only event it'd be tougher than this.

Tiger is on the board with a birdie at the fourth, where he smartly played an iron off the tee and flipped a wedge to a few feet. He's back to one over for the tournament.
The biggest mover of the day is Hideki Matsuyama, who has made four birdies on his first six holes and one bogey to reach three under four the championship. Always baffling to remember he still has yet to win his first major. |

C'mon Chez.

The putting struggles continue for Brooks Koepka, who actually hit a great putt at the first but it came up inches short.
His playing partner, England's Matt Wallace, also made par to begin his round. |
