Anyone else had problems with the Dell Technologies on here? I've now got a 3k exposure on a lay bet nowhere to be seen, back bet has disappeared altogether (they're looking into it) and other bets I'm laying off my balance isn't updating. Must be something to do with them clearing all the players off then refreshing the market. Just glad it's something that starts in a few days. Shocking.

Yes same thing for me some golfers I can't put a lay bet on and some I can. Happened after whoever cocked up the removing of some golfers,they cleared all my bets.

got a similar problem had a few backs up for players, think when they suspended to remove fowler the bets vanished but the funds havent come back to my available balance yet

The order for the Czech was not updated from tea time Friday( that included taking the cut players out ,why not do it then ?) until I mentioned it on here Saturday.Maybe they saw my post,maybe it was coincidence.A joke all the same.
Then Sunday morning the order goes haywire and I had the pleasure of two phone calls to ask if it could be sorted.Not phoned them for a number of years ,I remember why.Might as well of asked in Chinese, not a clue what I was on about.
The second call I went to the betting option ,asked for a bet on 5th or 6th fav Pieters ,this was before he had started.After a couple of minutes I mentioned she might want to go to the bottom of the list.I then tried to explain again the order was f$cked up.I was informed it was in alphabetical order.
I'm not sure waht alphabet she uses but Padraig Harrington was second on the list.
It's not a lot to ask, clearly they don't give a to$$ regards exchange golf.Probably the exchange full stop.

frames..you dinosaur why do you use the standard Betfair interface when you can use a api nowadays for free, I know we had this conversation about 10 years ago and there was something you did not like about the api, but the Bet Angel basic is free and looks the same as the Betfair site and you still get some extra things with the basic, such as one click and the players are in odds order, or any order you choose to put them in, and a ladder which I know I would really struggle without.

I rekon I would make 50% less (actually 100% because I would soon give up if I had to use the Betfair interface) each week, I rekon you would see a similar increase.

spoke to betfair regarding the dell technologies and the missing monies after fowler was removed. They say they are aware and are actively trying to resolve the issue

'To give you a bit more information on this- management have agreed to accumulate all of the customer account's who are affected by this settlement and once we know more about how trading are willing to settle- we can contact you again.'

If guess it might be helpful if anyone else is having problems you tell them.

This weeks starter for 10 ,we have gone in play at least 45 minutes before the off in Crannes ( could of been hours ),annoying to say the least.

Now they suspend and take all bets out again.

Yesterday I advised them they had the wrong start time on the BMW Championship. The 3 balls seem to be OK , but the rest say 13.00, they said 'we will get on to it ' but it still hasn't been changed.

Happened last week and this.On my BF phone app the British masters market appeared last night ,not sure what time but it was there at 10-0pm.It was not on my desktop.This morning the CIMB market was on my desktop, no sign of the Br.Masters.
Last week the Dunhill appeared on my phone Sunday evening but not on my desktop, I don't know when it appeared as I did not check until Tuesday evening.

Seems strange.

I phoned BF about this , it is on my desktop now.Must of been they forgot to load it two weeks running.

Order a mess on the Sanderson again.  2 months and counting to fix something that worked just fine for about 15 years.

Sorting has been an issue for years although by the sounds of it golf has only just started experiencing it. 

The reason given to me back then - this could well be 4 or 5 years ago - is that their automated sorting system takes the odds where the first £10 is on offer. So if there's £4 at 1000, £4 at 200 and then nothing until £2 at 5 it'll treat the line as if its odds are 5.

They therefore have to sort it manually and this is very time consuming.  Best of luck trying to get them to fix it!  I gave in before they became this ****-show.

Oh, I don't hold out any hope they'll fix it, but curious that it's got worse in the last two months.  Even the automation you describe would look better than it does now, but I guess they've found a way to take something that didn't work well and make it work worse.

Not a coincidence that's about the time they moved everything bar horse racing to Romania.

I get involved in the first goalscorer market on live premership matches.

A couple of weeks ago they failed to turn the market to in play at least twice.
The last three matches have been settled incorrectly at first.

Having to go through customer service to get them corrected is a nightmare.

And then I was charged commission on the corrected part despite losing overall.

60 play in the DP this week ,Sky reckoned it will go down to No.68 so 8 NR's out of the top 60.

I fancy Moli might turn up BF.

You would have loved it frames. Market suspended earlier - they got rid of Rory and Xander and plenty of others. Added Rose and a stack of others. Some fast fingers burned from what I saw. Suspended again and eliminated all the players they brought in and replaced with the ones they dumped on the first suspend.

Thought they'd badly ordered the RSM market but appears they've gone the whole hog and settled all the leaders as cut.  It gets better every day.
