7500 yards with 11 water hazards!
The course hosted the 92 pga nick price won by three at -6 There was also play off event there in 2008 Villegas won on -15 but was 600 yards shorter than what is scheduled for this year. |

Thanks system, looks very... American. Should be a decent test, plenty of trouble.
Market still has no real money in it, Spieth for example considerably shorter than he was this week while coming in 60th after two rounds was expecting to see mid 20s this morning. Watching the flyover think the lefties might feature next week. |

can't disagree the top of the market looks strong again, so again i think the W/O market is where the value is.
from the limited form we have from course i believe the all rounder is what you need, a few good prices imo Betting W/O Fowler,D Johnson,McIlroy,Spieth,J Thomas,Woods sullivan - 175, 200 in win book reavie - 250 - 200 in win lol kirk - 100 there my main 3 will put a couple more up shortly, some value on the shorter ones in that market as well |

im on jon rahm..i see the bookies moaning about lack of interest by punters in the event.yet theres a guy on twitter tried having a bet at 20/1 on someone and he was restricted to 2.50 ew?!!? also the prices are very tight.eg rahm lots of 30 on bf.most on oddschecker 22/25

A lot of less than complimentary reports about this course even before the weather issues they've had (heat that has burnt some greens and then downpours this week which has left the course too soft to be a decent test)

Already seen some bold predictions of record major scoring, the only defence might be dodgy greens, which isn't ideal.
Apparently Rose hasn't played a practice round due to his bad back which is a disadvantage, although if it's bog standard target golf I suppose that might not matter. And beware the injured etc. |

Doesn't exactly imply it's going to be a stern, complex test. Could be a bit of a joke. |

Justin Rose OWGR #3 may do so without a practice round at Bellerive, as he is still trying to manage his back spasms. Rose clarified that he wasn’t dealing with an injury, but rather a facet joint that had gotten “a bit grumbly". "I could have maybe persevered last week if it was the last event of the season or something like that,” he said, “but just with what’s coming up this week, the FedEx Cup and the Ryder Cup on the back end, it just wasn’t the prudent decision to play through” (withdrew before the start of last week’s WGC). It’s still concerning enough for Rose that he hasn’t played a practice round this week at the PGA venue, opting instead to walk each side without his clubs. He said he hit balls Wednesday and “felt absolutely fine and really comfortable with my swing and the way it’s moving...it’s all been about trying to get to Thursday and be ready for Thursday”. |
