By:
cheers guys, apologies for my lazy ass, been a long day
By:
This kid can strike a golf ball rather well.
That drive was smoked. Putter maybe let him down. What a ball striker though. |
By:
Doesn't half show up how awful the TV coverage is when it's all you've got to go on. Absolute guesswork.
By:
Oh great, it's Dubya.
By:
Horrendous from Walker. 4 shots back taking irons off tees and three putting.
By:
Mr 62 in a major storming home.

Wise is looking on a mission, normally you can see the nerves in the eyes,he just looks focused.he might get overtaken by a low round but he isnt looking like choking it with bogeys galore
By:
good birdie for wise
By:
flying now
By:
you would thinkWalking is having major issues with his driver the amount of irons he has been hitting off the tee but whenever he has used it he has looked ok, god knows what hes thinking

Im trying to keep an eye on my 3 ball on flashscore, Round 4 3 Ball - Blaum/Mitchell/Tway - Round 4 3 Ball . Why is it showing R Blaum through 9 holes, yet the other two through 6 holes?
By:
main board been feked all night, although just come back so hoping
By:
Yeh flashscore must have it wrong, golf channel has them all through 6 holes.
By:
C'mon Keith.
By:
keith has to be winning very soon if not today, hes a bit of a birdie machine
By:
3 hours from now would be an ideal time for him to start winning, but needs to keep the putts dropping, playing this easy you'd have to think he's still a good way short of a winning score.
By:
what does he need to get to, -22?
By:
Hard to tell, I guess the back 9 is slightly tougher so 22 could be good but there's not really enough danger to this track to trip up the two in front. A stern test this ain't.
By:
Yeah in this weather every hole is a birdie opportunity.
By:
Can't be missing those. 2 different leaderboards on the coverage had already posted him at -18 as had the website.
By:
M Jones missing some easy tap-ins

By:
i bet Walking is really regretting that double on 18th yesterday. damn him
By:
Yeah, that's the achilles heel for sure. One missed putt and he's lost ground to 4 other guys around him.
By:
I dunno about anyone else, but I must be suffering from golf fatigue right now. Might be that time of the season. looking forward to the majors over the summer, but most of these tournaments are like, meh
![]() still can't believe I backed spieth at 5-1. ![]() |
By:
That 8th is a joke of a hole.
By:
Sky have got a bloody cheek calling this "LIVE"
By:
btw good to see hideki back to form, as rhino rather suggested he might.
fancy him to win a major this summer, although tbf, I think that about at least 20 players ![]() |
By:
Got Keith Mitchell in my 3 ball -6 so far and still not ahead in 3 ball
![]() |
By:
Yep. Pointless par 3. Course might be a different test in high wind but this is not a tour level course from what I've seen so far. Good on them for making a nice course thats fun to play for the people who pay to play it, not sure about the PGA tour being there though.
By:
Completely agree Rhino, not up to scratch at all really. Just checked and think they have 3 more years here, might book a weekend away for this one next year.
By:
Na looking capable of smashing someone skull in with a putter if he misses another putt
By:
I hated the course they used to use as well. Considering the Houston Open and maybe even Colonial are on the chopping block, I'd much rather they be saved and this tourney fade away if need be. Can't believe they are moving Houston and San Antonio will be the Masters lead in tourney.
By:
thats a shame Houston is the perfect lead in for masters
By:
Yeah, don't really like the way this schedule is going at all but I guess it's more about the dollars than the course.
By:
Young lad holding up well so far
By:
It's weird how those tourneys couldn't attract sponsors. Great field next week, Houston always solid as well with everyone getting their prep in. More big names equals more viewers/brand exposure, so why pay the same price to sponsor events like this?
By:
The Houston situation is baffling, always gets lots of attention due to Masters hype, sponsors should be falling over themselves. Whereas this is just a nothing event.
By:
Not happy we're losing Firestone either. Given the investment made by Fedex I can understand it though. Can't for the life of me figure out Houston and Colonial.
By:
firestone, houston and colonial are 3 of my most favorite events! i guess that means i dont have any taste. next they will be getting rid of the matchplay
