El Bandido, I have been supplying you with the odds since you started running the Golf competition and before that for Madmax.
I have become involved in a new pursuit over the last six months and do not have the time I once had. Added to that, when I do visit the golf forum I invariably find that scarlet has already given you the prices. It is time to hand over the baton to scarlet or somebody else. I will still take part and still get the Racing Post so if you are stuck for prices in future and I notice that on the forum I will probably be able to help. But I won't be visiting the site regularly to do so. I wish continued success to you in the administration of the competition. |

Thanks Clerkmore. Really appreciate all the times you've posted odds for us, and same goes for scarlet.
In future, I plan to put up the odds myself beforehand from Oddschecker. I will do this Tuesday evening using the same bookies that are listed in the RP. So in the vast majority of cases, prices will be same as RP. This change will come into effect end of August with the start of the Final Series and the 2018 Qualifying Stage. I will post more details in the next few weeks, when the PGA tour schedule for 2017-18 is announced. Clerkmore, I wish you well in all of your pursuits ... and of course I hope you will still be taking part in the competition as well. |

In the Greenbrier Classic, defending champion mighty has Robert Streb at 125/1 to close the gap further on the overall leader.
2 of you have Jamie Lovemark at 70/1 - Qualifying Stage winner, CrowsEye, who is already in the Final Series, and PinChaseGolf in 38th pos. 6 of you have Xander Schauffele at 66/1, including scarlet for a potential double. Nobody picked 250/1 Sebastian Munoz. |

Clerkmore I hope the new pursuit does not involve hitting a ball with a stick towards a hole in a field!!
Thanks for being SP returner for so long I will soldier on with prices till EL B makes me redundant hopefully with a fat compensation cheque Mighty I assume your favourite player is Robert Streb horrible tee shot on back 9 cost you 1250 points Streb was in my list of S players but discarded him Still a long way to go |
