Stewart Cink withdraws his name from the field at this week's Wyndham. Cink calls East Lake Golf Club home so he may have benefitted from experience on zoysia turf. If he wants to play his way to East Lake this year he'll need to post a few more big finishes as he currently sits in 55th place in the FedEx Cup standings.

Adam Scott also pulled his name from the field. The Aussie jumped from #1119 on the FedEx Cup to 70th in the Race to East Lake and is now back inside the top 50 (45th) OWGR.

While Cink and Scott will be sitting this one out, a few notable late entries on Monday morning incl Hideki Matsuyama and Ollie Schniederjans.

re;ative stress free week last week collecting on a few bets including first round leader laid ricki after dustin dropped a shot at 15 but kiz could have made it a super week if he finished 2nd round better.

TWO FOR ME THIS WEEK are si woo kim also thimking of playing whee kim but later looks a little shorte was exspecting better.
really happy with the 250 for harris english eway 5 places i sort of rated him a bit like horshel and remember backing both blind in 2015 in playoffs with horshel bagging one and 2nd in an other taking the fed ex........harris has fallen off a clift since then.......he came into my head recently think hes dropped to 140 in the world and is now fighting for his playing rights..........Ben Coley gas put him up and happy take the 250s and hopefully will get laid on betfair at around 55s for si woo kim as he owes me having backed him earlier in year when he let Koidaire bt him in the cruelest choke ive ever had to suffer but did back him at a big price when he won here two years ago......he won the players since and seems in nice form this year.

week after a major and before some big tournaments always a bit low key and happy wit 1 or two plays at decent odds gd luck with your plays if you have  abet

Matsy for me this week. Much to build on last week, first time this year had three rounds in the 60's. Doesn't need a result for the playoffs so the late entry here is interesting, suspect after the closing 66 he thought something clicked and wanted to get straight back out there again.

Really liked Webb this week, but price is terrible.
Other thoughts were Matsy and Sneds, poor prices too.
Wait and see policy.

Maybe look for the guy with the biggest biceps instead, seems that's all you require.

Sneds and Matsy both very fair prices imo Jedi. What do you think they should be?

i think with other players not coming and how its worked out that Matsy had to come and play here as it must be a great opportunity for him to get back to winning ways over a field where he could be expected to win.

also gone for Ryan Moore as he seems to like the evens with the absence of the bigger names and he is one of the main contenders, i think it gives him a mental edge in his game he doesnt have on most weeks.

so 2 points each way on oth of those are my bets this week

Hideki is having a shocker of a year his only top 10 was the limited field tournament of champions.

A year ago he was world number 3 only Pat Perez of the current world top 50 has picked up less ranking points than him in 2018.

that why i think he is a late entry here, as therhino said maybe feels confident and found something in his swing, its probably all in his head but thats not a bad place to be feeling confident. Also not mant chances to get a field this devoid of the top players in the world. If he is gonna bounce back anywhere it should be here

Based on old form possibly Rhino, but not on what I've seen recently at all, both become very inconsistent and really struggle to play 4 good rounds in a tourney.
I kinda follow both and have bet both many times in last few years.
Bigger would be the answer...
Can't bet Matsy below 20 or Sneds 30 plus.

Confidence in putting a real issue for both.

No doubt Mighty. 2017 form and he's trading about 6's here. He made it to number 2 at some point I'm pretty sure. Just the fact he closed with a 66 last week and immediately entered here has sparked my interest. Pure conjecture on my part, but a losing bet at 19s if that's how it turns out won't keep me up at night. The worm will turn at some point for him. I'm a fan of Hideki so rose coloured glasses maybe, we'll see.

from a trading point of view i would assume if maysy starts of strongly his price will plummet and be a very wasy trade, if he is first round leader by a show or 2 he could be down to 3 or 4 to 1quite easily, dont you think ? or am i just talking carp

Would depend obviously on what others are doing meng. But yes, as one of the two highest pedigree players of the field with Henrik if either start tearing it up their price should move a little disproportionately from the SP.

get your logic rhino i did something similar with charl schwartzel last week.

The field is poor but wyndham will almost certainly have a winning score around -20 on a par 70 so the winner will have to putt well. Wouldn't be surprised if we saw a 59.

With Hideki I wonder whether he is feeling more confident in his game or worried about his fed ex rank currently 88th so a poor first week could easily see his play-offs over before they have really started.

For once the site going down worked on my favour as I've greened at a much shorter price now. What a round from Sneds, thank you Sir!

WHERE's the betting without SNEDS ffs
If your going to shoot better than -20under par I guess a 59 is a good place to start Devil

The other players who have already finished (say @ around T15 or -3under par) will have it all to do from here !!

no bet on the 59 unfortunately meng!

Wouldn't be surprised if there is another this week. Will need to be 20 under this week so still plenty for sneds to do

With 65 players at -2 or better..... must feel like a par 67 (or 68) course their playing.

in fairness this pitch and putt is not really comparable to shinnecock or carnoustie
