I never do this but almost tempted to slate the guy on social media, it's just been one of the most pathetic meltdowns I've ever witnessed Cry

was tempted to back bryson de shambles in the valspar as well, was congratulating myself for staying away from him when he started melting down yesterday, but this collapse from eddie is even worse

I'm truly disgusted with all these choking golfers.

bring on the masters where we might get some quality at least!

thought SSP was home and hosed became more than a little worried now huge relief, am sure nothing can go that wrong now.Due to retire in 5 weeks and golf betting will form part of my limited income so have to get betting decisions correct!

If he hangs on this will be the third time he has obliged for me at a big price

first chance I've had to watch more than a few minutes of this

the course is brutal - that 17th looks impossible

still it's a lot more fun than a birdie fest

SSP never looked in any danger, very cleverly thought his way around.
Didn't think he could win at this new venue.
I wonder how many people backed him thinking it was at the same course as his previously good event form

This is a proper 'snake-pit' course where you enter the native area at your peril.
I am showing my age now but I remember every year of this...

(Red Rum (bay gelding; 3 May 1965 – 18 October 1995) was a champion thoroughbred steeplechaser. He achieved an unmatched historic treble when he won the Grand National in 1973, 1974 and 1977, and also came second in the two intervening years (1975 & 1976). The Grand National is a notoriously difficult race .)

Rummie was useless anywhere else!

SSP's bogey avoidance strategy last year was a sight to behold and despite his average/poor form and current status he is the first name on the page for this thoroughly enjoyable event...he is, in effect, the Red Rum of the Indian Open.  GLTA!Grin

I have no idea how good you are at golf tipping or even knowledge of the game.
But you certainly embarrass yourself with regard to horse racing and particularly with reference to Red Rum.

Your statement

.......' Rummie was useless anywhere else ....'

shows your utter ignorance.

To help you, read the content of the following attachment,. I suggest you educate yourself , before making ridiculous sweeping statements

You disapoint me, facts, not so much with your knowledge, but with your attitude.

The truth is in your link, with a succession of unplaced fav outings in 'micky mouse' races compared to the horses record in the Ultimate Handicap Steeplechase in most of which he carried top weight...Why the hostility! Is this place 'your pitch'?Surprised
