I think we are seeing why Poulter made his name playing 18 hole matches.
72 holes stroke play just too many errors at this grade ?? |
By:
He has been the European Tour clown for years Poulter. Now bringing it to the US.
By:
Should rename him to Ian Faulter amirite!?

thing is tho'
no one was really threatening him self implosion 4 no real reason other than he supports Arsenal ![]() |

I had £5ew on Zach pre-tournament and I got a free £5 bet on the same tournament in play. Had £2.50ew on Poulter at 90/1. Not huge sums compared to what some bet but it would have been a nice addition to the Cheltenham warchest. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to much at that point, he was +1 at the end of R1 I think. But when a player that supposedly (according to himself) thrives on pressure has a 3 shot lead going into the final round and a 2 shot lead going into the back 9 you think you might at least pick up the each way part. But no, that supposedly "sound under pressure" player sticks it in the drink time and time again

Oh wow
By:
Is that wet as well????
By:
he talks a good game marychain, and can play well, and indeed has won a dozen
or so events but always liable to hit it way right under pressure for me |
By:

By:
no johhny, it was only £2.50ew off a free bet. Might have if he'd gone sub 1.3, or if I'd done it win only on exchange but I hadn't put it on as a trade, just as a laugh. Ah well, never mind. I'll just have to rob a bookies for Cheltenham instead.

Poulter didn't even make it to the bear trap, he left a half eaten Mars bar out and got eaten in his tent by the bears before he'd even woken up.
