Ouch! Terrible week for me
 Didn't have Oosthuizen, Schwartzel or Grace in my team. Was top of the overall standings after the WGC Match Play, but my lead only lasted a week. Still, was 8th place overall going into last week. Now down to 94th! Hope I can bounce back. It's game on in the betfair league now! |

Done okay since my US Open meltdown, picked Wiesberger as star player in France, so now back up to 23rd overall. But it's not been enough to shake off Desert Stormers, who is now 54th overall and climbing. Big week this, no obvious favourite amongst the Euro Tour players, and I've gone for a bit of a curveball myself with Shane Lowry as my double points pick. Think he's a great bet this week!

Well my Shane Lowry gamble didn't exactly come off in the The Open. But it certainly came off this week! Was 48th overall going into the Bridgestone, and now I'm in the overall lead again!
 Last time I got into the lead was after the Match Play, so the WGC's have been kind to me this year. Hopefully I can stay there for more than one week this time. But with big points again this week, anything could happen! |

I'm glad Shane Lowry doesn't have a "K" in his name!
 Had a few quid on him myself too. I back all of my golf comp picks, along with quite a few other players. Had a good run with the betting lately, without making any inroads in the comps, but this week was one to remember! 2nd place for the week in the fantasy is excellent, I've not had a top 10 all season myself. Even top 1000 is a good week. Last year I got 2nd in the Malaysian Open, and it gets you into the sweeps in the last event, along with about 400 other teams. It's a bit of a longshot but I wouldn't bet against scarlet! |

Kept my lead going in the overall for a few weeks. Dropped to 2nd after the Russian, then back to number 1 after the Dunhill Links.
Now down to 6th place - leaving out Fitzpatrick cost me Still game on, just 250k behind leader - which is small change when it comes to the final 4 tournaments. Btw, the new PGA fantasy season starts this week, so it's sign up time if you want to play that one. |

Yes it's crunch time now in the Fantasy R2D! 1.3 million points to the winner in each of the last 4 tournaments, so anything could happen, even the Betfair league is still up for grabs. In the overall, I'm 7th place just over 200k off the lead.
I've gone with McIlroy as my star pick this week in Turkey. Don't think it's worth the risk in picking one of the others, but I would if I was a bit further back. Having a peek at some of the teams above me, the 5th place team Cunny Funt currently has Lowry down as star player. That's bold. Talking of other teams, there's also a Lee Clayton in 22nd place overall. No relation as far as I know. Last year I finished 17th overall, and he was 8th. So although I've come all this way, I could still end up not even being top Clayton for the second year in a row! So, this is serious! The rest of my line up: Lowry, Schwartzel, Wiesberger, Willett, and Wood - I expect most of the top teams to pick those. But I've also gone with Fleetwood, Dubuisson, Uihlein, and Donaldson. So those are the ones I really need to perform. I've left out Fitzpatrick, Sullivan, Poulter, Pieters. I have this one down as a long hitters track, based on the last two years, so that's a bit of my thinking (and Pieters price too short for me). On here I've backed Fleetwood, Dubuisson and Uihlein win and top 5 and picked them in the golf comp too. Btw who are Moe Norman Fan Club and Desert Stormers on here? Good luck to you both, let's hope someone can bring it home for the Betfair forum! |

Huge week for me in this! Back in the overall lead again, almost 400k ahead of second place, and only 7 other players within a million. And Moe Norman Fan Club now 15th overall from outside the top 200 going into this week.
