The wee Northern Irish man gave an exhibition it looks like and we did not see a shot. I do not know why we cannot be treated to the best golf in the world. What have they been screening instead. There had to be a local 7.30 am start in case of bad weather but the intransigence of tv network chiefs is unreal. What company would not pay megabucks to advertise during one of the best rounds of the year at a tournament with massive prize money and prestige. I just do not get it.

Only Sky seems to be flexible, NBC and Golf channel are so rigid. Golf channel is hours behind and can not see the point because if i was an advertiser i wouldn't pay for any slots at all.

Sky can show a whole Grand Prix race without any adverts so why is there so many adverts in golf???

the adverts are all over the cars, the drivers, and the track
maybe golf sponsors should hold out for less external advertising we would all be a lot happier |

Sky get their feed from USA so when there is nothing to show (unbelievable i know), they show some twerp hitting shots in the studio, some twerps talking crap, and adverts.

I was always told that bunkers should be raked towards ( or away from ) the hole . Greenkeeper on this course obviously does not buy into that .
