Kuch was 4/6 not long ago
he's an absolute wimp
needs 2 grow a pair

McKenzie is a cracking player, have followed him quite a bit recently, plays difficult courses very well.
not good there but a player to look out for.

he was WELL there in the Masters on back 9 the other yr but smiled his way out of it
2 many mofos earning fortunes 4 being habitual losers

he is number 11 in the world playing against 300 and 500 in the world
I guess Bow dog winning would help us chasing in the golf comp
The money should be a lot more heavily loaded a for winning. 27 mill for kuchar dread to fink what the tigs has earned?
bob a certain Briny Baird would vehemently argue against changing the money structure
More Hot Dog eaters bouncing the ball back in play......
FFS its like playing ten pin bowls with rubber pushers down the rail

agree with that BOB
should be much more weighted 4 winning
maybe 60% of total prize fund
pro rata down 2 about 10th
a bit down to 20th
then basically enuff 2 cover expenses 4 the rest
might see a bit more fortitude on display

the players comittee would not agree to that type of split in prize money,
Bowdo deserves this, although ideally I'd like him to win it in a playoff with Loupe and Summerhays.
of course they wouldn't
wouldn't have alot of choice if it were made a fait accompli tho'

He has hit so many wides over the last few days, must be destiny for him to win.
Zach Johnson putts like this no point even turning up at Augusta
that fairway is 80 yards wide and Bow missed it by 50
these dudes don't like winning the easy way,do they?
he is only 70 yards from the green and it looks like he has been lucky again.
he could have had about 4 penalty drops today alone.
he could have had about 4 penalty drops today alone.
Oosty sticking up for Kuch.bridled a little there at Rob Lee
most of these US tour courses don't punish bad shots
this course does punish, Bow has been very lucky and chipped like Sevvy all week
The Bow dog has had his share of breaks that's for sure
yeah he's got lucky but the rough needs 2 REALLY be punitive such that u can't keep getting lucky
2 putt par and the dog can mark his scent all the way up 18
anyhow, course characteristics not withstanding, fair play 2 the guy
Always need the luck to flow for a win. What about Senden with his chip in and huge birdie putt back to back the other week.
kuchur was a red hot fav to win this when he was a 9/13 shot
don't remind of that HH i was big on Na
every choker has his day
every choker has his day
yeah but the question is why is kuchur and johnson not winning these tournaments
cos they're nowhere near as good as ur led 2 believe
yeah they've won tournies BUT they aren't winners in my book
even if that sounds somewhat oxymoronic

Bow dog finally gets a bad bounce - surely too late unless he does a Garrigus
he'll be one & done if he wins
can't see him as a multiple winner
can't see him as a multiple winner
you have to be mad to back a player like bowditch at odds off 1/16
absolute comedy ,has there been a worse winner ? this could be a 76
if he try to be clever going to flag this could be disaster
u could have diarhhoea,m8
u still wouldn't miss much!
u still wouldn't miss much!
off at 11.40AM, still playing at 5PM, lucky they're in 3balls
he can 3 putt that
if it were WW
u'd need 2 hold ur breath

A tremendous performance by the whole field well played the eye BROW
It's past 6PM ET, most NBC affiliates will have gone to local news during the 18th.
Well done Bowdo, very happy for him. Tough day and could have lost the plot but kept it together. Hoped after everything he'd have the strength and he did.
WD Bowy, got lucky there with that DB on the 9th (18th) on Friday
It's not how, it's how many. Fair play to Bowditch. Disappointing from Kuchar, par today would have won it for him.
has anyone hit a 76 final round and ever won on PGA tour ?
Glad he had his day for you Meng ,think they maybe few and far between tbh ..

i wasnt on him, he was someone who got stuck in my mind years ago as an injoke with a friend.
Can anyone tell me when the second stage of Max's comp starts
ok mate ,hopefully he will sort himself a pair of tweezers from the winnings
g luck to him the others were very poor he plodded on and got the job done

VJ won the 2004 PGA with 67-68-69-76
That's the only time since 1995 the winner has shot 76 or worse in the last round

Surprised at the criticism the course gets. I think it's refreshing to have a challenging course without just having water all over the place like the Florida ones. Every drive has danger down both sides, every green is a tricky up & down if you miss it. The complaint at many PGA Tour events is they are a bland putting contest and players can miss fairways by 50 yards and still have a shot, so I would have thought courses like this would be more popular.
My only annoyance is they should make 17 and 18 reachable, especially on Sunday. Granted if the wind is blowing one way or the other it's hard to have them both reachable but it's a bit dull to see everyone just laying up on both. Especially 17 with that enormous fairway.

Turned out to be a good decision

I was just getting on here to mention that BHLL. I remembered you saying Blanks was out, and just now I've seen he won. He must have known!
I managed to turn a very decent book after 3 rounds into one where I am coming out with a tiny loss. At one stage I seemed to have the 2 big boys in Zach and Kuch in green for well over a grand each with minimal losses possible, except a few quid on the winner. Read the whole last round very badly. When Kuch got back to one behind I thought I was quids in.I agree with those people who say the course presented an interesting weeks golf. What a pleasure it was to watch the winner chip, pitch and putt his way to a win. And he had to have an angel guardian with him as he got away with murder after errant drives. It was his turn and that may be his title of his career. As he said himself, it will bring on the game in Australia no end once again and the Great White Shark will be over the moon. Our British and Irish guys are letting the side down lately and there are no excuses. Just not playing well enough. Perhaps Rory will start something this week. Sergio and Stenson look the pick of the other Europeans.Just to throw a chack on myself, I looked at my golf book over the past 3 months and am in green for a few hundred so maybe with the outsiders cleaning up, I am doing ok. Still in with a chance to make the cut in The Mad Max Millionaire Masterpiece Challenge on only my 2nd attempt.
