I think it was...
1. Tee shot into trouble 2. Penalty 3. Into rough 4. Into bunker 5. Left it in binker 6. Out of bunker but off the green 7. Chip onto green 8. Putt. 9 in the hole. |

The first time they showed him he was playing a 4th shot from about 50yards near the bush on the right of the fairway, they said he had already had a penalty shot, not sure if it was from that bush or from drive? went in bunker over green, left it in bunker, next one failed to get onto green, then poor chip.
