Agree Knight Rider the US depth is amazing. Not sure so many Europeans playing in the States is going to be beneficial to the make up of the European Tour.
The US can only pick twelve and bar the final day only 8 can play each day. If the ryder cup was a 24 man event then the US would walk it but its limited to 12 so should remain a good contest. |

on the european side i'd take the wild card team to easily beat the present first choice team.looking at the respective lineups as they stand US could be a max bet.

euro wild cards are hardly ripping up any trees.
Wouldn't fancy any of Kaymer, Hanson, Westwood, Colsaerts beating anyone at the moment. |

liking euro current 9 with gallacher/poulter (just got too) and not sure tbh
|
|
By:
i doubt gallacher will get a wild card.
Westwood, McDowell, Jiminez, Poulter will all be strong contenders and Casey is a possible if his improved form continues. There is also the possibility Donald, Rose or Kaymer could drop out. |
|
By:
agree re casey just needs to string 4 rounds TOGETHER,do that one or two times and he'd be automatic pick for me.

McGinley should put Westwood out of his misery and make him one of his vice-captains. It's the only way he'll get close to the team,

he certainly needs to show some form between now and the end of august.

mcgiley and olazabal played with rafa cabrera bello last week,
maybe he should be added to your wildcard list |
