That was huge on the last from Furyk, brings a lot of people back into this. Already been shown there are really low scores out there, anyone from -7 can win for me. Agree rhino, have added Tiger myself just too big considering he is only 4 back. Like Stricker but he is too short. I now have Woods and Mahan (needs to shoot 62/3 to have a chance)

It's a great question mary. Usually I wouldn't think a question needs to be triple asked, but in this case I'm all for it, so good is the question. You would have to think it would be a first.

Piled into Tiger at 10.5, superb value.

Keep backing that Tiger please !!!

Yeah I couldn't part with my hard earned into Furyk or Sneds, Furyk as Hank highlighted is 0 from his last 5 after having the 3rd round lead and Sneds the way he blew up at Augusta this year and a few other tourneys, just couldn't back the two.

Disagree on Sneds batman. This ain't a major, he closed pretty well at East Lake this time last year, a bit iffy in Canada recently but never really looked like losing, and at Pebble he was pretty faultless. Can close, and being just off the pace usually helps with the nerves, the go get it mentality as opposed to the hold your ground mentality. Think he's a great price.

Hunter withdrawing helped alot tho with the win in Canada rhino
, agree coming from off the pace will help him. But honestly with the low numbers posted so far: -12,-10,-8 etc would rather back Woods than Sneds. |
By:
Got a huge helping hand from Hunter, no doubt about that, but once in position he did the business. Reckon you're brave carrying him red into tomorrow.
By:
I'd be more worried about Stricker or Johnson than Sneds.

@Deplasterer...... it is just 7.00am here in Ireland and I was thinking about this tournament in bed. There is no way I can see Jim Straight line Fuyrk win this thing. He will get up on that 1st, in all probability, say to himself, what I have I hold. That will not tick the boxes today Jim. So,Deplasterer, I am going for one good decent lay of Jim @ 3.2 or 3.25. Tiger would be my winner. First competition in ages I have been able to say that but I am seeing a different Tiger this week and I like the change. It is minute, but there all the while. @Quince..... remember I had that early ton on Zack. And backed out for the sake of a few quid. I HAVE had my chances. Speith, Zach , Snedeker and now Tiger. Anyway, have the boxing gloves on now and hope the 59 is enough to keep Straightline Jim contented. I will even give him 2nd place money. Best of luck everybody and dont back all long odds on shots today in Ireland. Sorry, but that is all I can say.

After noticing a slight drift on the price of Staightline Jim I have decided to lay him off @ 3.3.
New situ now and looking like I may get out fairly unscathed unless Jim does what I think he will not. Jim Fuyrk - €338.06 Sneds + € 78.68 Zach Johnson- € 28.09 Tiger + €482.67 The Field - € 3.17 Best |
By:
Traded Tiger. Moved some Jim to Sneds to top up.
Furyk +578 Sned +1347 Zach +363 Tiger +672 Charl +720 Watney +1575 Mahan +1351 the field -42 |
By:
You've had your chances, toberaheena!!! Put all the mistakes from Thursday and Friday right. Kept Watney a massive winner. Went to sleep, woke up just in time to see him bogey and by the time I'd levered myself up and mobile, he'd followed that with a double. Time to burn the book, I think, will keep Stricker and Tiger green for £1.00. And level all the others up for the lowest red I can. Good look with yours.

Had a another rethink. I can green up, but I'm going to wait a while.

By:
He Joost had enough in the end.

Do people give watney and mahan much chance being 6 back? Both players can get hot, so think im going to throw
a few quid on them both at 140 and 75. |
By:
I've done the same, With big scores out there by a few players, who knows what will happen :)
By:
Play suspended due to heavy rain. Monday finish maybe?
By:
Like i say anyone from -7 can win this but it will take a low one. Nothing impossible.
By:
A lot of Americans on twitter reckon there mightn't be anymore play today.
By:
best case scenario they get going in half an hour, leaders go off in 2 hours and have just over 4 hours to finish. so the way these guys play, pretty much no chance they finish tonight
By:
3 balls on 2 tees would have had it done.
By:
There is something seriously wrong with Sundays in USA.......
By:
its amazing how fast they can play when they have to
By:
Play to resume at 19.30BST leaders at 21.10BST so Monday finish.
By:
leaders wont be off to ten pm
By:
If they don't get under way soon, Tigger The Twig is going to go off favourite !
By:
10 pm start....feels like January golf in Hawaii
By:
when Furyk finished his round last night Tiger could be backed at 11.5 now you can lay him at 7.8 and has not played a shot yet

Weather issues this year have been off the charts.
By:
cant see this lasting much longer
By:
And they're off again.
22 out of 39 PGA events affected by weather this year. |
By:
I got up at 5am for this
NFL starts in 20 minutes so that will have to do. |
By:
Just taken Swansea at 24/5 with SidJames
By:
Think Jim, Stricker and Zach would be happy they went off. With the course so wet, it would have played much longer which wouldn't suit any of those 3.
By:
Chances of these getting back out tonight
