Not really a fan of the birdie fest events but this one is a corker. Good course and a great track to play for guys in form. After playing darts last week, the strategy is simple this week, back the form horses. A look at the last few winners:
Rory McIlroy - Won the PGA 2 starts prior.
Webb Simpson - Won the Wyndham 2 starts prior.
Charley Hoffman - Not as impressive but neither is he to tbf. Still, 3 top 10s in 5 prior starts.
Steve Stricker - 2nd at the Barclays the week before, and in the 5 starts before that a T6 at Firesone and a win at the John Deere.
Vijay Singh - Won the Barclays the week before, with a win at Firestone 3 weeks prior to that.
In a nutshell, back Adam Scott. Gone to another level as a player, recent form is outstanding obviously, has won here before and recent course form - T7, T8, T5.
17s is a gift. Surely won't last and with Tiger under an injury cloud, wouldn't be surprised to see 4-5 points shorter by the off.

yep, it wasnt unexpected tho, but i like him so dont like seeing him when it goes this way for him. Not sure how many more times he can take it happening before he gives up playing golf

Oh Garcia and Stricker now matched.......all healthy green once again.....Keep it up Stenson......Othrs can keep ot with Stenson for reason to provide some excitement in the back 9
I really like Spieth, and a fellow longhorn so I am biased lol, but who was on here the other week saying he was a choker? 
Henrik's ball striking will make him very hard to beat with this lead.

Hank... i love jordan but absolutely no pressure starting the last round that far back. doesn't need to prove anything at his age.

unfortunate for stenson they had to break. hopefully sergio will pull himself together
Yeah, when pressure is on but just because he messed up in contention the other week he was called a choker, despite winning this year and proving what a class player he is this season. Another brilliant player off the Uni of Texas conveyer belt

Just saw Rory chip the ball about 1 foot on the 10th hole.......utterly terrible shot.

@Ski.... my guess is we will not see any more live golf today. Tuesday finish.
weather has nearly passed over now according to the radar, though yahoo are reporting a tuesday resumption! theyre often wrong tho.

yeah it's ridiculous, he's messed up so many times in this situation in the last few months
I am not calling this one yet. 1.3 is a nice little price to lay. Should get a chance to trade as well. You will be in profit before the 18th tee. Just the way I see it. Stenson should win but too early to be putting the house on him at 1.28ish.

Maybe. I'm still happy to lay at this price though (now 1.13). Even with three shots clear - you never know.
A loss of €19.46 for me. Was on Jordan Speith at around 80/1. That is as near as I have come to a winner lately. Well done to Stenson backers. And nice to see a European win. Might get my money back on Jordan next time. Hope price does not get too tight. If it does, they can keep it.
Levelled out at 1.14. Henrik should steamroll from here, but just in case. Got a little lucky with the drive there.

I'm back. All those who can win are green. Possibly a little unlucky with Brian Davis. Took plenty out of him, but he was still a multi k winner. Second round destroyed him. Good luck with yours.

I'd have earned out of it though, Ski. You can live at laying 1.07 and backing back at 1.13. The pitch in wasn't in the script though. Well done, winners.

Even though i didn't actually talk into it.......
At long last Stenson wins this year............now another notable player, that i expect to win at least once in a year, Rory Boy..........when is here going to win............possibly any of the last two tournaments.
If only Stenson bogied the 17th.........there would be some excitement going into the last hole........and perhaps you lot would be more awake.....
