great putt Williams
By:
Surely jingly jim can't hold it together tomorrow? super round today though
By:
Could you imagine Monty dealing with the shouters when he teed off
By:
Fluff is 65, win for Jim would top up his pension fund nicely.
By:
Furyk will have a 2 shot lead on Sunday hasn't been great at seeing things out the past couple of years
By:
Furyk not long off the tee but thinking his way round.
Playing the percentages knowing taking chances with these pins can mean disaster. As some of the less experienced players have found out. Dufner finding things to hot. Mistakes happening now. |
By:
scotts odds must have been 18-1 for like 3 seconds
By:
Dufner might save par

tradesman entrance for Duff
By:
side door job lol
lucky t wat |
By:
As the course quickens up no surprise to see the moor experienced players to the fore.
Furyk 43 Dufner 36 Stenson 37 Stricker 46 Course going to play even tougher tomorrow |
By:
more (even)
By:
will be interesting tomorrow
funny how day ended again with a dodgy looking putt from duff ![]() ![]() I hav no bets going, will sleep on a bet for tomorrow |
By:
Stenson or Furyk from here, can't see Duffman winning but none of the top 3 can really be trusted. Stricker surely not, Adam still a big shout but single figure price and 4 back not really screaming back me. Value has to be Blixt, and will probably look outside of the winners market for some day 4 prices.
By:
iv laid some on blixt and backed scott at 9-1.team left blixt stricker and now scott.big loss if no of them win .main bets were woods at 4-1 lol mickleson cabrera and z johnson.did bet lefty on sunday in open though at 28-1 so losses will be roughly what i was up
By:
Very much like how Furyks going about it.
Think the 4 mentioned have preference over Scott and Blixt. But testament to the ability Blixt in particular at 29 that hes so close. Scotts taking a few to many chances which probably wont pay off tomorrow. The more experienced guys will know they just have to play for pars and take chances if they come. You wont be able to force it Sunday as its sure to dry out that bit more by start of play |
By:
Reloaded, Stenson, but who knows, Lee john might post a number with no pressure on him.
By:
247, are you a greenkeeper? You are obsessed with drying ground
![]() |
By:
nobodies hitting a 63/64 tomorrow so difficult to see past players on -5
By:
Winner from the top 6.
Forget Rory and Westy, it would be a shock of diabolical proportion if either of them win. |
By:
greenkeeper,lol
well the greens were bit tougher today and it will be even harder tomorrow especially if the wind gets up |
By:
And a meteorologist as well
![]() ![]() |
By:
the fact that it took soft conditions for the dufman to beat the course record of 64 just shows how great that course record was.
And how tough it is when conditions are quicker |
By:
Will be exciting, backed Stenson and Furyk last week pre tourney and deserted them this week, disgusted with myself.
By:
Experience to win the day tomorrow
Take your pick of Furyk(been the and done it),Stenson(putting can be shaky under pressure but man in form),Dufner(everything can look shaky under pressure but been there b4 in a play off) or Stricker(surely the most consistant player ever on the pga tour) |
By:
Furyk been there (even)
By:
Think Scotts shown today he will make some wrong choices at critical moments.
Something you cant do on this course And doubt Blixt has enough in his locker to beat some of these |
By:
think furyk will lose his nerve same with stenson prob putting will go.not sure on the duffman how that waggle will go.thought before today rose kuchar or scott so must stick way scott as hes still there and has done it.wouod love to see stricker win.never knew till tonight hes never won a major
By:
46 years old, never won a major, 4 back and last time was in this position on a major Sunday was Merion - shot 76 and was done after the 2nd hole. 15s isn't skinny, it's anorexic when you think about it.
By:
Westwood is playing better golf than anybody..might still do it(Mcilroy and Scott second)
By:
agreed defo skinny.but as much a chance as the 2 leaders in my opinion.its down to bottle now between maybe 10 players max.and i for 1 am not sure who has that bottle
By:
Yeah ,who will guts it out eventually -a choker or a bottler ?
Tough call that one. ![]() |
By:
wish me knew before it starts
.defo agree with what mcginley said yest .thats why golfs exciting not like tennis or football where the same teams players win the big 1s and easier to predict |
