Puggy4
Time for Sergio to don the green jacket and follow in the footsteps of Seve and Olly, 12th last year and been in great form for past six months, also putting much better than last few years, at 45/1 he must be backed. not trying to put you off backing him Puggy(others) but Sergio has had a recurring shoulder injury and the last time he was seen on a golf course(Arnold Palmer Invit..)he withdrew in the final round because of it. bets for me this week, Mahan-3 top 12s in his last four Masters,Major winner inwaiting for me. Choi-4 top 15s in eight appearances here, great short game. Immelman-the 2008 Champ(hasn't won anywhere since ) loves it round here and trading at 500+ is worth afew quid if only to trade.Haas-although he has never broke 70 around here and 3/3 in missed cuts gotta feeling where experience around here is paramount that with five top 10s (in nine starts) this year. Currently third in greens in regulation and 14th in scrambling he could make a mockery of his 90s trading mark. good luck all. |

By:
Traded Bradley, Stricker, Furyk, Petterssen, GMac, Laird (thanks maggot, top shout last week) stakes back on all bar Laird took profit out of him. Backed Rose, Moore a while back (taken unders will let ride) and backed Haas and Snedeker heavily hoping for stakes back before the off. Sned appears it may go the wrong way at least in the short term so have to make a decision there, but how high can he seriously go?
By:
I am sure you have been trading for months rhino.....among other regulars on here. You probably got about 50 players traded.....
By:
Does any fancy Webb Simpson?....got matched at 100 and thought it was too high for a major winner compare those who will never win a major like Garcia, Westwood, Poulter, etc.

All bets matched, just the 3 balls to pick, & of course the beer to get:
Win Phil 14.5 Schwartzel 30 Pod 90 Top 5 Phil 3.9 Pod 16.5 Schwartzel 6.4 1st Round leader J Rose 19.5 Pod 65 Good luck peeps, may the force be with you. ![]() |

Are the pairings and tee times not usually known by now?

Cheers Rhino.
More than happy to give up 10pts to take woods out of the equation. Pinched of pgatour. 60 seems more than fair. Three top 10s in five starts this season; had just four in 16 starts in all of 2012. Ranks 12th in strokes gained-putting, ninth in adjusted scoring and first in scrambling. Top 20s at the Masters in 2009 and 2012. |
By:
Had him on side months ago, reckon he's a great shout and has a habit of finishing runner up to Woods which won't bother you in the slightest.
By:
the few hours live coverage is a strange one - british open comes on at 6pm in sydney and goes till 4am - that is brilliant
By:
how are they still 1.57? they was 1.6 @ the break

Masters don't go for as long Craig, field of 94, Open has 150 or so and plenty of the 94 are ceremonial, no chance of winning and you'll only see a highlight if they do something nice or you'll see them tap in on the last for nostalgic purposes, it is a unique tournament in that aspect. Best golf event from a betting perspective as you get Major prices when really it's pretty much the equivalent of a WGC event in terms of the depth in talent.

ok interesting thanks Hino

bbc2 now for anyone wanting to get them masters juices flowing..

Darren Clarke pulled out Siem missing top 50 by 3points ![]() |

By:
Laid off haas . Decided to just have Dufner and Snedeker and back Harrington top uk&ireland and top10 also backed branden grace top debutant
By:
I had backed Streelman for outright win at combined odds of 526. I have just layed him off at 390 and then backed him on the without woods market for 330.
It's a no-brainer, don't you think? |
By:
I pointed out yesterday, on this thread, that he was a big price (still in the 500s at the time)
Well done merson. |

Tiger for me folks.
I know it is unoriginal but he looks in control and his putting of late has been extraordinary. The big thing for me is that he has managed to eliminate the left side of the golf course again which means he knows where he is going to miss if he puts a bad swing on it - from a golfers point of view, thats worth its weight in gold. Add the short game into the mix and, for me, 5-1 (Average price ive backed him at) is massive. Starting to get his aura back too so fingers crossed. If he wins, Im going to the first miami nba playoff game after the masters!! Good luck all. |
By:
Eliminated the left side of the course? not on right to left dog legs he has'nt, tree saved him from OB on 9th at Bay Hill, in the water on 3, missed hole one 3 out of 4 times, and played a cut shot on 6th every day, I think he is very scared of the hook still
By:
I forgot to add his shots into the greens averaged over 32 feet on left pins at Bay Hill as well, while approx 20ft for right hand pins.
By:
Tiger plays with Luke, and Scott Piercy
Rory, with Freddie Jac, and Bradley. |

For those exploring w/o Woods markets Betfair sportsbook are paying out if your selection comes second to Tiger
By:
I don't know much about Golf but should I just lump on Tiger? I checked his results and looks as though he's won 3 from 5 this year. He must be in some good form!
By:
Still vast majority of prices better on the exchange for the w/o Woods market.

Francesco Molinari ... 305
Jason Day.............. 69.12 Kevin Na ..............667.2 Michael Thompson.......460 Nicolas Colsaerts......120 Paul Lawrie............560 Russell Henley.........360 Webb Simpson...........103.8 Webb Simpson has form this year and hits it long. I'll probably have a few more bets before the off. ![]() |

By:
i have never really thought of webb simpson as a long hitter, not saying you are wrong just not the impression i got.
By:
Almost tempted to lump on Woods from the off, but will go with a couple of hopeful selections to trade with, Watney @85 & Ishikawa @780...gl all, enjoy...
