Fair play to Chris Wood - that took some balls.

That's what the time delay is supposed to cover.
I hope they get they're money back as this looks conclusive hoovering. |

I wonder how many of them are fighting for it in the TV compound. It's certainly a big put off for playing in-running.

It would need a 10 second delay to have a chance this week.

After watching for 4 days I missed the end of the tournament as I thought we were going to a play off. Felt rather foolish because I donated a few quid to the Sergio fund.

maybe get it back if you back him for the Masters

good finish, odd how some weeks they play like that, then others they chuck them away like confetti
good to see wood get the win, no good to me sadly |

holy cr@p. i go to a bbq and come back to hear about chris wood eagle to win?
glad i didnt watch that coz i would have done some bad stuff. like being a coetzee lemming probably. i just think of all the bad things i would have done and makes me want to step back and walk away from the laptop. epic get of jail free card for me. no way would i have thought he'd win by eagling. i would have been expecting a playoff and spread my chris wood green all over the place. even before that. time with friends pays off . |

Well done poke. Puggy. You might be correct about Sergio at Augusta. Especially if Rory does not sort out whatever was wrong last week. Not certain it was the clubs.

Regardless of defeat Sergio played some awesome golf today - never been a fan of his from a betting perspective as he is always shorter than he should be considering his win to run return of recent years. He has however shown better form in the last 18 months but I would not be in a hurry to back him to win a major.
Coetzee must be gutted to post a score, think he has won, then think he is in a playoff and then have a victory taken off him by a stunning Eagle on the last by Wood. Wish he would lose a few lbs, im sure it would make him a better golfer. I traded my profit as soon as I saw Sergio hit his approach on the last. Took a small loss on the tournament but could have been worse. Farmers is another story though lol - Woods looks in sublime form. My 2 picks within 5 strokes Haas and CH3 will have to hope Tiger breaks a leg again lol. Have backed them and Charlie Wi in the without woods market for a bit of interest and in the hope that one of them recovers my losses on the win market. |

I would never back him to win a major.......if fact he won't win a major. |
|
By:
I think he will and i really think it will be this year.

By:
wheather he does or not 50 is a very tempting price for the Masters based on recent form.
|

By:
he was 100 a couple of years back, that would do me

????
I think that 50 is a great price for Sergio. I have taken some of it. You won't get 200, so that comment is meaningless. His record at Augusta is OK. He is playing better now than he has done for a year or two. To just come out with a sweeping statement that he won't win a major, fact, is a ridiculous thing to say. of course, it's not likely that he will, but you can say that about just about every golfer that to date, hasn't won a major. One thing I do know, is that Garcia has a much better chance than most, because he is a much better golfer than most. |

have to agree with all that maggot , allied to the fact his putting is so much better these days.
