I just think 22 on micilroy who's going out early today is pretty decent. A solid round today and you will see the usual boy wonder fans contract his price. Could be a decent trade. Watched most of his round, and with conditions similar to yesterday everything should be in place for him to go well hopefully. I backed Harrington at 130 and as fade2black says I hope he can get that putter working this evening because his ball striking was pretty impressive. GL guys

Aussie Driver, Rory also took a double bogey on 17 when he would have had a tap in for birdie if his tee shot was just a foot further on, so it works both ways.

Capt - that is true, but he was a good 15 feet short of his aim point with a wedge so it was hardly unlucky on 17, what happened on 9 was incredibly lucky
He and Westwood are very poor value at this point, I think anyone going in fresh would be best laying the two of them and it is very unlikely they will not at least be able to get out |

I agree on Westwood but Mcilroy nearly always contends these days or at least puts a birdie streak together at some stage and if that happens I will happily bail out. He was about 12 per tournament which was bad value, I realise he is quite far back but I think the leading score will be about -8 or -9 tonight so if Mcilroy shoots a -4 or better he is still in with a real chance. Of course, I could be completely wrong here, but thats a risk I am taking!

Today will mostly be spent wishing bad shots on Scott, and great shots on byrd.

I think Martin Laird with the early start today will be looking to go low again. I wouldnt be surprised if he shoots -4/-5 today and leads after 2 rounds.. Shame i didnt back him pre :D

dont want to wish you bad luck FADE...or good luck but i hope to god byrd is not in contention sunday..a great tournament ruined by coverage of the most boring and slow golfer on the planet..he is so slow it is painful...i never noticed how slow webb simpson was until recently..i think he is getting slower...even tiger seems to take forever
