AD...i know was looking at 80 to 90 before going to bed.......decided to leave it the it dropped to 50 the next day......couldn't bring myself to back him after that......now he plays well without a bogey.......hopefully the same from ''terrible form Kim'' later

I took a fair chunk out of him @ 55. Still dont think he can win but not too pleasant to see this start. You know a disaster stretch is only just around the corner though, and thankfully there are still 3 rounds for him to navigate

I can see a similar type thread developing here the same as we had last week with Dufner.Like last week i just couldn't have Fowler at the price.I play on the day with my bets on the US Tour due to time restraints and by the time i looked this morning Fowler was down to 45s with the mainstream bookies.Not sure what he was on here but he was a pass for me.

All of my men bar Reifers out this morning. Decent start from Bae, Zach, Byrd & De Jonge and a shocker from BVP.

Been backing and laying in play on the golf for around 6 weeks now, just learning the ropes and found this forum.. Nice to read other peoples thoughts and ideas.
Heres my picks for this week, all backed before play began: Fowler @ 48 Tringale @ 65 Curtis @ 90 Not a bad start so far today, just need Tringale to make a few birdies this evening. Usually I back 3 runners with reasonably high prices (50s-200s range)and look to lay some off in play and let some ride depending on how i see it if im watching at the time. I've had a few good results the past few weeks, backed Pettersson @ 120's when he won @ harbourtown, backed Oosthaizen @ 100 @ Augusta and layed him off @ 2.45 when his double eagle dropped :) but all my good work went down the drain after laying Duffner @ 3 with around 30 holes to go last week for all my golf betting profit :( back on the horse this week trying to avoid any more disasters! good luck everyone! |

i was a big tiger fan before the masters. but watching him there (after he seemed to be back on track after bay hill) made me think a lot less of him.

 if the rest of his efforts this year are anything to go by 750 wouldn't be value...has usually been following a decent round with a horror show...can't believe Simpson is wanted at 5/1....a good score today but with plenty of good fortune/rub of the green on his side & still only tied for the lead...fair that he should be shorter than his pre tournie price but 5/1 is a joke...he could still win but anyone taking the 5's is getting very poor value for their hard earned at this stage. |
