To give you a backstory,
In December 2023, I had created a Unibet account after entering all my details and verifying my email address - but soon after, Unibet had closed down my account while I was trying to get it ID verified and I was shocked to find out that somebody had created a fake Unibet account using MY DETAILS back in April 2022 - that account had been shut down by Unibet back then but I have had no idea who actually made that fake account using my personal details...
As this is obviously NOT my fault, how can I report this issue to Unibet?
I've tried using their online chat but got no help there.
I'd appreciate any help possible to get my REAL account reopened.

if that actually happened, I'd be far more concerned about the identity theft, than getting an account at a bookie who's going to shut you down unless you display all the signs of mug punter, in short order.
I'm no mug punter, just need my Unibet account back!

Yes I did get shut down by Unibet UNUSUALLY fast...
