Withdrawals

I've actually found withdrawals a lot quicker lately - don't know if I've 'qualified' for that or if the system has been improved recently.   I had one withdrawal go adrift a few days ago and tried contacting BF via the 'contact us' section. Initially frustrated that it was a bot answering but actually it gave a reference number for the withdrawal which could be given to the bank to check the transaction, which was really handy and quick.  Don't know if this helps?

debit card refunds very quick these days, not sure about other methods...

I was withdrawing to my bank account. BF had issues over the new year so I registered a new card and withdraw to that now. It's impressively quicker than I remember.
