Hi can anyone help for a college he has tryed live chat over 15 times to no availablity and customer service been terrible and went right down hill .he uses phone and cannot get the WINNING DISTANCES getting no where they did offer it over the phone £50 min ut are not helping at all hiw ge can now find this bet that he dones all the time dies anyone know how to get to WINNING DISTANCES ON THE SITE as customer service terriblec

Not sure if you're talking about aggregate winning distance markets per meeting or not, but I just found this pinned post in the horse racing forum which talks about winning distance markets in specific races:

By "he uses phone" do you mean he uses the mobile app / mobile website?
If so, he's out of luck - those markets are one of the things not supported on mobile. Along with Tote, SP odds limits and a few other odds and ends. Once upon a time I'd have said "use the 'Full Site' option as a workaround" but BF took that away a few weeks ago. |
