I've nothing out of the ordinary they say I've been dropping chips in Poker but I've never played ! Are they going bankrupt ??! Is there anything I can do to get my money back. I haven't any records of my money with them unfortunately.

Sounds like your account has been hacked. Something very similar happened to a friend of mine. Netbet gave him his money back eventually. They never admitted it, but the evidence pointed to an inside job.
You must have some record of the deposits. First thing to do is clearly to email them and tell them you've never played poker on the account.
I haven't any records of my money with them unfortunately.
