Cant disagree with any of your comments. First and only time it will happen. What annoys me most is that i know i had a winner and that they wouldn't pay. Just wonder is it worth my while pursuing the matter to get paid? Or walk away? Also what avenues do i go down if i want to pursue it further? Thankfully never had this kind of problem before

Did you take a screen shot, monarch? My advice would be to pursue this until the bitter end.

For whatever reason i was unable to take screenshot on my laptop. Cant really  answer why. It just would not allow me to do it. Was advised by customer services to take an image with my smartphone and send that to them. They say the image is "inconclusive". Cant see me getting any luck dealing directly with them.
